While the salesman was helpful, the overall service was poor. I paid in full (HUGE MISTAKE) and as a result had to contact them several times to receive the correct cabinets, etc. Pieces were missing, had the wrong design, wrong stain, and some were just assembled poorly. On top of that, I sent them two email complaints and a written letter attached to their survey, only to receive no response. I had only heard good things about this company. I am very disappointed in the lack of service and that they could not even respond to my concerns.
