Tom, the owner of Kitchen Gallery, met with me several times and helped me figure out what I wanted. He made good suggestions to me on how to make my kitchen more open. He went with me to look at granite, which is where he really went above and beyond to help get the piece I really wanted. I didn't think it would be available, but Tom called the party that had it on hold and told them to take it or leave it. We got it, and the piece is great. They also put in my appliances and gave good deals on those, so I'll give them fives across the board.
