Kitchen Art

Great kitchen shop, that carries a wide variety of chef, avid cook,& bakers needs all under one roof. I've heard they have great classes as well, although I have not had the opportunity to take one. more

After searching all over Tippecanoe County for a specific kitchen item, I stumbled across Kitchen Art in West Lafayette-WHAT A FIND!! They had everything I was looking for and much more. To all those Emeril-wantabees, they do have cooking classes available at a fairly reasonable price. Thanks Kitchen Art for caring a horse cookie stamp-NO ONE else has it! more

If there's anything at all you kitchen is missing, that's the place to get it. The stuff they carry is amazing - half of the appliances I've never seen in real life, and some of them I couldn't even imagine beforehand. They carry appliances, teas, coffees (though not great), jams, chocolate truffles. They also hold cooking classes (there's online registration for those), and trips to cooking places (e.g. ethnic quisines of Chicago and such). more

It's really difficult to classify this place - it's a kitchenwear store, with unique things all over, and they also have a state-of-the-art kitchen right in ther store, and they give regular classes there on various quisines. On top of that, they even offer "culinary" trips to Chicago to visit local markets and eateries. As you walk in, chances are they are cooking something, and great smells waft through the entire place. I have learnt so much just by browsing the store - about a gazillion of little useful devices for the kitchen! They also have condiments, teas, coffees, gourmet chocolate, and cookbooks. Ah, almost forgot - you can register for their cooking classes online. It's nice when a small local place has class and their own web-site! more
