Robert. Kitay has been amazing. He was by my side through some very difficult, long and drawn out, high conflict child custody battles and it has always been almost as if a friend, not just an attorney. He always knows what to do and say and and he never backed down when things seemed impossible. He has always been understanding and patient with my family yet very aggressive and no nonsense with the other party. He fought hard and, though it was quite a process, the end outcome was most definitely favorable. I have nothing but great things to say about him. I have been with him since before he even started his own practice and I would never go to anyone else. more

*FACT: I have documentation for every factual review that I post and an asterisk implies that I have physical evidence for the specific review. *FACT: I sent emails inquiring about my case and got few replys. I have documentation to support this finding. *FACT:They were slow in replying to me when I did write an e-mail unless it pertained to paying my bill, then I recieved fast turnaround if it was in regards to me paying my bill or him demanding me to remove my reviews. I have factual evidence to support this. *FACT:phone calls were rarely returned. *FACT: When the law office got wind I was posting a negative review, he sent me an email demanding I remove the post, or he will take further action. *FACT: after several inquiries and phone calls regarding my case, I never recieved a personal phone call or e-mail from the attorney himself, until after the sub of attorney, and he wanted to address me to take down my posts. *FACT: Amongst other things in the lengthy e-mail I recieved, he also stated in the email, ""would you like it if I posted info about you not paying your bill and owed money in arrears? *FACT: I was billed because the office had to reply to my e-mails asking general questions on my case. It ranged between $15.00-$30.00 per e-mail.
