Worst

Left Oil residue on the Drivers door. Washed the car in parts, one side of windshield clean one side still dirty (Totally Missed this). Washed the rest of the car in strips, som...

The employees at Kirkland Buick are second to none. The management is very helpful and outstanding. Even though they didnt have the model Enclave I wanted. They found it and had it the next day. This is the third vehicle I have leased from them in the past year. more

Unbelieveable Honesty 7/2/2013

Jeff, Joshua, and BG were a great team. Jeff lived up in all aspects of the agreed upon transaction. Joshua was very honest and helpful. BG was a personable yet totally professional and thorough in his explanations and transaction documentation. This was our first car we have ever purchased and I cannot imagine our first car buying experience going any better than it did. We felt welcomed, we did not feel pushed our rushed into doing anything we didn't want to do. All staff we encountered were calm, polite and courteous and went the extra mile to make sure we were getting what we wanted at a price we could afford. Thank you!! more

Very quick and convenient for me 6/30/2013

The check in took just a few minutes and they actually already had my appointment details because I made it online the day before. When I picked up my car it was very clean both inside and outside. This dealership is just one mile away from my home so I would love to go there and save my time. more

Finish the job right, the first time!! 6/27/2013

In my last two visits, I haven't been impressed. 1. Took vehicle in for full detail...While the work done was fine, when I came to pick-up the vehicle the battery was dead from the tech leaving something on. 2. Took vehicle in for brake service and full detail. Spent over 1k on rear axle seal, rear brakes, brake flush, and detail. I left to go home, only to find that my brake pedal goes 1/2 way to floor and brake light comes on. Granted, when i took it back they fixed the problem but I believe in the "do it right the first time" motto. more

honest, fair no up sale presure 5/30/2013

My truck had the check engine light on I thought I knew what it was but wanted to see what they came up with. They came up with the same thing I expected not a bunch of other items. They of course encouraged me to get some other items I had been neglecting which I did but they did not presure me into anything. just a good evaluation of the truck and what wold be good to do while it was in the shop already. more
