GREAT SERVICE, NICE EXPERIENCE 2/23/2011

I called from out of state, and selected the florist located nearest to the Paulding Hospital. The lady who answered the phone was pleasant and helpful. We discussed briefly what I'd like, and she made a couple suggestions, which I appreciated. more

Don't waste your time 9/14/2006

This florist would be average at best, IF they followed directions and made things as asked. The staff seems like they could care less and were more interested in their personal conversation than helping me when I took a floral arrangement back that had carnations in it when I had specificially ordered none. My former florist made the call for me - and as its been said - If you want something done right... Pros: Some pretty things Cons: Customer service, quality, attention to detail more
