I made an online appointment for my car to be looked at on Wednesday Jan 8, 2014. The appt was for the next day at 12:11 pm. It was dropped off and told them there was an issue with the power steering pump leaking fluid. Said they would take a look and call me back. Didnt hear anything by Friday at 1:00 pm so I called for update. Was told they hadnt looked at it yet and didnt think they could get to it on Monday either. Told them would have been nice for someone to let me know that or I would have taken elsewhere. At this point, no one has mentioned that there is a Diagnostic Fee of $85.00 which I have NEVER paid at any shop I have EVER taken a car to. The website did not mention the fee either and was still NOT informed by any of the the staff I had spoken to about it. AGAIN - WOULD NOT HAVE TAKEN IT THERE TO BE CHARGED FOR SOMEONE TO GIVE ME AN ESTIMATE!!!! Shame on me for not asking but again, in over 35 years of car repairs, HAVE NEVER BEEN CHARGED ONE TILL THIS PLACE. Finally get a call on Monday after 3:00 pm of a laundry list of repairs that they feel needs to be done. Oil change, upper/lower pressure lines, pump, rear shocks, vacume lines, etc. Just needed PS Pump working. AFTER my warranty pays, still almost $700.00 to fix just pump. I have lived in Lebanon for over 35 years. I make an effort to support local business and our community but I will NEVER return to this place. Oh and theres tax on the Diagnostic fee too so now its almost $100.00 for them to look at this car. I would not recommend this place to anyone. more

Do not waste your money!!! Dropped my car off for service and was quoted 500.00 to have it running back to normal(was having issues with low end power). eventually was called in to test drive the car because they could not locate problem. Car ran worse than when I dropped it off, and was charged 490.00 . If I charged my customers for something I couldn't fix, I would get punched in the mouth. Tell everyone you know not to take their vehicles here for service!\r more

We've been going to Kirby's for quite sometime and have alway had great service. Glen and his team are friendly and easy to talk with. They always explain things and help us decide what is needed and what can wait. We feel confident that are cars are being well taken care of; not always an easy thing to find in auto repair. Now that our kids are driving it's nice to know they too can count on Kirby's. I don't hesitate to recommend them whenever I can. more
