Excellent care! After a recent gallbladder surgery, I began to have dramatic changes in my body. My hair began to thin, and I began to have headaches, body pain, fatigue, and intolerance to cold. I was forced to stop my regular activities, and my entire life was being negatively affected. I searched the entire Charleston and Summerville medical communities for answers, but every physician contributed my symptoms to getting older, being a mom, and suffering from stress. It seemed that no one took me seriously or even listened when I tried to explain my symptoms and their debilitating effects on my life. Thankfully, Dr. Vance and Dr. Jill were different. Not only did they take time to listen, but they also helped me to conduct research and to find answers. They reviewed my medical record and lab tests and spoke with other doctors. Thanks to their recommendations and treatment plan, I am getting better. The best part is that they are helping me to recover without the use of prescription drugs or pain medications. Dr Kirar and his staff are AMAZING! They are compassionate and friendly. They always greet me at the door by name and ask how my family is doing. In this day in age it is nice to know that even with several people visiting their office i am remembered and appreciated. I hurt my back several years ago and went to Dr. Vance. I was in bad shape, I could barely walk or even stand up. He helped me get myself back into running order. January the same problem that I had 3 years ago started up again. I was hurting and couldn't walk. I told my boyfriend that I needed to go see Dr. Vance cause I know that he would know what to do. It was really rough in the beginning, I cried a lot and was in a lot of pain but Dr. Vance told me that everything would be ok and we will get through this. Several weeks later I was walking better and able to stand upright. I told Dr. Vance that he has miracle hands!!! I have never felt better and I couldn't be happier!!!! His staff is wonderful and very polite! He helps anyone and looks out for all of his patients. I would recommend him and his staff to anyone! more
