For 7 years I suffered through as many staffing changes in the SERVICE Department. As each, in turn, demonstrated INCOMPETENCE and were replaced, I was promised things would improve. But they only GOT WORSE.
Yesterday, after being dealt with by an arrogant SERVICE WRITER who would rather win an argument than win a customer, I gave up.
My complaints to TOM, the SERVIE MANAGER fell on deaf ears. He said his customer satisfaction is very high. [TOM must live on a different planet than I do. Everywhere I look they are rated 3 or less out of 5. You could say they are struggling to achieve mediocrity.
Although they offered to do my service free of charge, I paid so I would have a record of their ""work"". I then went home and made an appointment with GIBSON's GARAGE in Mineral to finish the job. GIBSON's took good care of my PORCHE, MERCEDES and Honda PILOT through the years, I know they will do a good job on my FORD and I will never need to experience KIP KILLMON again.
BTW: I am writing this at the suggestion of a neighbor who pointed out that I should have checked their reviews on the web. They rate 3 or less everywhere. I guess I'm the last to know, but to help prevent others from learning about KIP KILLMON the hard way, I am adding my voice to the chorus.
