Both of these reviews were written by disgruntled tenants that left the homes in dirty condition. One of the tenants took the landlord to court and the judge agreed with the landlord when he saw the pictures of the house and the items left behind to be hauled away. The landlord could have charged additional fees, but settled for the deposit. more

Do not rent from him. After 2 years of on time payments, we gave proper notice, spent a week cleaning the house, had the carpets professionaly cleaned, blew off the roof, trimmed, bleached the mildew on the siding, raked the yard, painted the walls and he still wouldn't give us our deposit AND charged us for work WE did!!!! IF you do rent from him take before pictures and after pictures as we did. We are now going to have to take him to court to get our money. I will also be charging HIM for the work we did! Cons: will lie to keep your deposit more
