I hate this Kinko's with the burning passion of a hundred fiery suns. No, really. Sure, all Kinko's suffer from some equipment that doesn't work and poorly trained, disinterested staff, but this one takes it to a new level. Once, I even had a guy who worked there threaten me when I explained that I had not printed out the several hundred page document full of gibberish one of the printers was emitting (in defense of the larger corporation, when I called the 800-number to issue a complaint, they were very helpful). More often than not, the majority of the computers at this location are broken. The same can be said of the copiers. And once they had no paper cutters for several months because they were apparently stolen!
My favorite Kinko's experience though, involved waiting on a line there that seemed determined not to move. Suddenly the woman in front of me exclaimed, very loudly, and very calmly, "Every time I come in here, it makes me want to die." People didn't laugh, but rather very solemnly confessed their own Kinko's inspired fantasies of self-annihilation.
I used to live around the corner from this Kinko's and it was the bane of my existence. Even if it's out of your way, go to a different on. You'll be much, much happier.
