I paid almost $400 for shirts I will never be able to use. I wanted a uniform look for workers at a new company. When I called Kingwood Screen Graphics, asking about prices, I was only told about their embroidery service. I had to order my shirts from a website, with only pictures to see the look. I then sent them a copy of the logo I wanted embroidered. They told me I could only have our logo, with no saying. I went ahead with my order, thinking they would at least look nice for $400.\r

I was wrong!! The embroidery turned out fine, but the shirts do not fit. When I tried mine on for the owner, Cheri, and showed her it was a belly shirt, she said it looked fine as a belly-showing short. I lifted my arms a little, and the shirt came up so high as to expose my entire mid-drift. Cheri said I ""should not raise my arms at work"". When I asked her if she went entire work-days without raising her arms, or reaching for a shelf, or bending over, she said she did not typically raise her arms in the course of her day. When I thought that seemed a little strange, she started to cry, but her tears dried up as soon as they did not work. Do not fall for her tears!\r

Several times I walked her if we could work together at a solution. Cheri's only solution was that I should buy new shirts, at full cost, and she would re-embroider for less of a fee. In the end, we paid $400, and wanted nice uniforms in return. We did not get what we expected with Kingwood Screen Graphics. \r

I do not recommend anyone doing business with Kingwood Screen Graphics.
