ill make it as easy as i can. Stay away they are convicted felons, drug addicts, dead beats and bad people. that state has been involved in cluding investigators and inspectors along with the police. You can always call the police and ask them about the place in accordance with criminals and crime. Please stay away it is not safe for any family and the krzaks wont lend a finger to make things right. I can only hope that the state shuts it down. Please drive arround and ask people who live there what they think. There have been alot of impostant people who started of living there and they will tell you that it was the worst experience of there life. In addition if the Krzaks feel that if you dont like the place leave maybe they should bring it up to a family safe enviorment and maybe people would want to stay. These people need help just ask anyone who used to live there! more

Love this park. It has been the best decision I have made! New mobile homes with off street parking, shed and deck included! Wow! KMHP is a quiet community close to the beaches and shopping. Office management is very nice and helpful. Pros: ambience, parking, amenities, location more
