Not only are some of the people who live their are convicted felons. One man killed someone with this car not to mention the drug dealers that the police department had to bust down. These are bad people The Krzaks are all about money and they will do what ever they want no matter if it is illegal or not. They dont care about your privicy or your rights witch is apparent in police reports. There are also some residents that are domestic abbusers and criminals with multiple records. There are residents with criminal back grounds and the Krzaks will not tell you this. They have also tried to scam people out of diffrent things including water for example. Which a state inspector filed a complaint with the state legal department because it was illegal to resell water from the town. State inspectors and state investigators have also found the Krzaks preforming work on trailers with out permits and without lisences. Now the town of North Kingstown code inforcement is monitering the situation. This is not a good place for children they are drug dealers that have been arrested and residents that have been arrested for dui. This is not a safe or a good place to live. I would tell anyone to stay far away because they do not respect your privicy or rights nor do they care about your property which they will enter at anytime they want. They will act like the nicest people in the world but once you sign your lease it is a whole diffrent story. I would suggest that you call the local police department and ask about the criminal activity there and also look at the state criminal date base for arrests which will tell you what someone is charged with and what they were convicted for. I beg you please stay away. Also feel free to ask people who live there ask them or stop by A33 or b32 and just ask they what they think. I also find it odd that the previouse posts state if you dont like it leave. While dont they make a nice place to live and maybe people wont want to leave. Bottom line is dont trust them and find another place to live. If they created a happy and wonderfull enviorment theseproblems would not exist. Thank about that! more

Don't pay attention to the negative comment left by the other tenant..he is a trouble maker and is well known for this in the park. Besides him, the place is a really nice place to live. I enjoy it because I bought a new home from the owners, who have gone ABOVE and BEYOND to make living here great for me. My home came with a new shingled shed in the back, and a new double car driveway, landscaped yard, and brand new composite decking. Couldn't have found a better deal anywhere else..and I looked. I felt compelled to leave a response here, because the 1st guy..and the tenants ALL know who he is... really is not an honest man. Hope this helps! This place is so much nicer than the others in the area! The park is under new management who have KMHP in the middle of a complete overhaul. Out with the old and in with the new... you will find new, beautifully built homes dotted along Krzak Rd. Judy the office manager goes above and beyond to help the residents of this community.
