If I could give them a minus 10 I would. The worst service I have ever had! We bought a refrigerator from them just over 6 months ago then just after the warrantee expired the compressor went out. The repairman we had to pay for to look at it said they jimmy rigged with a temporary fix and they knew the compressor was fried. So we waited for 4 days for their repairman to come and he never showed. In the meantime all the food we bought for Xmas, (the fridge broke 5 days before the holiday), had to be thrown out. So the owner offered to sell us another on for ½ price, which we did and should not have. I paid extra for an ice maker to be installed and after they set it up the ice maker didn’t work. So I called and asked them to come look at it and she refused. The owner had the nerve to say it was costing HER too much money and she started telling at me! We missed work, hundreds of dollars of food had to be thrown away, plus waiting for days for a repairman who never showed. So I was not able to have Xmas at my house either and had to wait at the house while I needed to work and finish getting ready for the holidays. I am reporting them to the better business bureau and I am going to send them a bill for my time and missed work! DON’T BUY FROM THEM. YOU WILL BE SORRY!
