I don't remember being transported by King-American, I only remember the difficulty I had with them after the fact. The office personel were rude and as difficult to work with as possible. Not having insurance, I was able to reach an agreement for repayment with all other services, emergency room treatment, doctors, tests, etc totally nearly $20k, except for King-American. After months of talking to them, we came to an agreement on the phone, which I didn't think was fair, but I could (barely afford. They then sent me a bill- it was for 35% more than agreed upon. Try to find out who regulates these people- I have not been able to. These people lied to me, and are using the city infrastructure to line their pockets without any apparent responsiblity to the public
