King Vincent Storm Photography

This is Vinny from King Vincent Storm. I just wanted to acknowledge Weezer or Melissa Mastro, aka, Chrissy17, christine, Sadie M., etc. etc. In an attempt to bash my business she uses a different name on different sites so that it looks like there are multiple unsatisfied people. I just want to say that I have her contract (which was signed by her fiance when he added the video) the original, rude and nasty letter along with a copy of my response and a copy of the refunded cashed check that she claims I did not return which is available to any interested party that wishes to read and see the truth. In the interim, out of 17 weddings in July, Melissa and Ralph were the only couple that were not understanding of our surprise situation. Melissa and Ralph originally booked a 7 hour package all in one location with no bridal prep. Then when they came for their 2nd payment, they changed the entire day, location, duration, etc. to 11 hours. When I explained to Ralph that we would need to discuss the additional hours he stated, ""oh, yea, we're still working on what we are going to do about that."" Next thing, I get a call stating they are canceling our services because my wife was pregnant and could not be at their wedding, which was obviously an excuse to get out of their contract which I was still planning on photographing with an associate photographer. I feel like I need to explain myself on here as we pride ourselves on our good name and out of 60+ weddings in 2011, this is the only couple that was not compassionate about what should have been a happy time in our lives. My future husband an I booked King Vincent Storm for our wedding because we loved their photography. We gave them our downpayment and the owner Vinny, contacted us around the 6 month mark to request our 2nd payment.\r We paid the money due and then found out by accident that Annmarie, Vinny's wife and our 2nd photographer was due around our wedding and wouldn't be able to shoot at our wedding. When my future husband inquired what that mean for our wedding, we were informed that some other photographer who works with KVS would be joining us for our wedding. \r When asked if we could see the other photographer’s work, we were told that his work is protected under KVS and the photos we origionaly saw (and were lead to believe was the work of Vinny and Annmarie) was actually some of his work. \r While I was very unhappy with this answer, I also mentioned that I wanted a female photographer for my wedding. When I told Vinny this he responded with ""well it's not like i'm taking naked pictures."" which was completley disrespectful.\r We told Vinny we wern't happy with the situation and wanted to get another photographer. \r He refused to give us back half of our 2nd payment saying it was a deposit for a videographer even though we never signed a contract. We are still waiting for our money.\r Beautiful photography but very dishonest and rude people to deal with beware! more
