My son has asthma and broke the end of his tubing that the medicine goes into. The doctor called it in to Walgreens, and they did not have it in stock. The pharmacist suggested that I call King health care and see if they are open and have them call walgreens to get the prescription and fill it. I did and I was told by the Lady who answered the phone( strange name) that that was the patients responsibility. I informed her that it was a call in prescription and that walgreens said that they would forward it to them and she simply stated I'm sorry that is not our policy if you need a prescription filled you will have to bring it to us. Horrible customer service now I will have to wait another day to be able to give my son his breathing treatment. They are not looking out for the best interests of the customer only THEMSELVES!!!!!!
