Beautiful and Helpful! 3/25/2011

The flowers King Florist helped me pick out were perfect! I wanted to give a friend who landed her dream job something colorful and unique. They gave suggestions, loosly arranged some different combinations so I could envision how it would look, and helped me achieve what I was looking for. It was a bright blue hyndrangea, orange roses, and fushia orchid stems. My friend loved it and got compliments all day on it. The customer service was wonderful and the arrangment was gorgeous! more

Great flowers, amazing service 3/7/2011

We ordered daisies for our high school musical actors from King Florist and they did a wonderful job. The flowers were beautiful and lasted forever, the employees gave great advice about the care and handling of the flowers, and the product arrived right on time. It was also an amazing value for a worthwhile project! Thank you, King Florist! more

Best flowers in Austin 2/24/2011

They always deliver the freshest and most beautiful flowers! If they don't have exactly what you want you can always call them and they'll do a custom order for you. Even if your order is not in the Austin area they'll find a local florist in your area to help you out (they've helped me with an order in Tulsa, OK before!) Check them out ASAP! You won't be disappointed. more

Great Service and Beautiful Flowers 12/21/2010

I got an arrangement last week for my husband's retirement party. I just want to say that it was a beautiful arrangement and matched perfectly to the cake and other decorations. Many people complimented me on the flowers. The yellow orchids and the ginger blooms were outstanding. The delivery was made earlier than requested, which allowed us to set up in plenty of time. more

Above and Beyond Customer Service - Beautiful Work 10/14/2010

I just completed my first purchase with King Florist and I am completely impressed! I purchased a Groupon to send a surprise bouquet to my Mom just because. When I called, Janelle was extremely helpful and offered great suggestions. My Mom's favorite flower is the carnation and when I mentioned that Janelle told me that they don't normally stock carns, but that if I wasn't in a hurry to send it, she would special order them for me. I agreed to wait and have it delivered next week. Well, yesterday on my way home from work the phone rang and Janelle told me she was able to get the carns in earlier than expected and was it okay to deliver the flowers today? I told her of course and was excited that they were going to be delivered earlier than I expected! Well, I just got a call from Mom and she received the flowers. She is thrilled and just loves the design! I haven't seen the arrangement yet, but it sounds wonderful! I am a trained floral designer turned Administrative Manager and know that the only time people call the flower shop is when they are unhappy with what they got, so I wanted to be sure to let Janelle and the staff at King Florist as well as everyone here that they did a great job for me and I will be ordering from them again soon. more

Best Florist in Austin! 8/27/2010

There are some excellent florists in Austin....in fact, more great shops concentrated in Austin than in Dallas, Houston, or any other Texas city, probably because of the artistic vibe of Austin itself. I think of Cowgirls & Flowers, Coby Neal, David Kurio, and several others as being great, but the absolute BEST in town and maybe the entire state of Texas, is KING FLORIST. Attention to detail is unmatched. Friendly, helpful, and extremely professional...and the designs are gorgeous and as cutting-edge as any I have ever seen. more

Modern flowers, great service 4/23/2010

I found King of Yelp and they had great reviews and a coupon so I gave them a call. My sister's birthday was the following day and Lynsey was able to recommend an arrangement that my sister absolutely loved. Attention to Detail 2/25/2010

After recently moving to Austin, I was looking for a great florist to connect with. I found King Florist after 4 days of being here! They have amazing designs and extremely fresh product. I have had the pleasure of watching them work, and literally every flower is carefully inspected and cleaned before it goes into an arrangement. So many shops now-a-days throw together arrangements just to get them out the door. King Florist is the opposite. They would rather spend extra time and effort in making sure that my arrangements are near prefect before being delivered! Find a Florist in Austin...Check! WORST FLORIST EVER 2/14/2010

I could not be more disappointed. My husband knew both of the prior owners, who delivered amazing bouquets. This year he spent $211 dollars, and if I could show you what they delivered, you'd cry. He told them I love lilies, and they told him they don't have anything other than "teacup lillies", but that's not what we got. For $200 we got 20 calla lillies and a few white carnations. Seriously? Number one, they didn't tell a dude that they would send a tiny funeral arrangement (and by tiny, I mean TINY) nor did they send anything that measured less than 14"high by 14" tall by 5" wide. I sent my mother 24 red roses in an amazing bouquet by a different florist for $100 that was TRULY STUNNING by AN ENTIRELY DIFFERENT FLORIST! Pros: NONE Cons: ALL OF THEM more

OMG...What a great place!!! The staff is amazing, and the floral designs are just fantastic! My hustband would always bring home roses and I was so burnt out, that I haven't had a rose in My house for over 8 months..... that is until King florist! I never recieved the same design twice. They were so amazing that, now every time We want to suprise someone, We call King Florist. We recommend everyone to call KIng Florist and just be amazed by Benoit and His genius staff. A "GO TO" place for flowers !! 5/15/2009

I just placed an order with them because we have received 3 orders (various family members) in last 4 mths and every single arrangement that came had people just raving over them. Their design is SO chic, so NOT old school look and gorgeous and elegant. They are so fresh because they've lasted up to 2 wks. I was actually excited to spend money there today! Distinctive arrangement. Expectations exceeded. 5/5/2009

Not often do I find a place of business that makes me want to give a positive review. That being said, King Florist has changed that completely! Last week my wife had a special event in which she was honored and received an Excellence Award from the University. I wanted to get her something a little special and some flowers she could share with her office. As I clicked around online I found lots of florist in Austin doing the exact same thing as the next shop. Through recommendation, I viewed the King Florist website and I knew this was the place I had to order her flowers from. The designs were like nothing else online and with the prices comparable to any other site I had been to. Not only did they work with me to complete the order online, they also followed up by phone for final details. Later on that day, I received a call from my wife telling me how beautiful the arrangement was and how exceptional it made her feel. She also pointed out that "Fresh Design" and "Rich Materials" where complements she heard people in the office use to describe the arrangement throughout the week. Thanks again to King Florist for making an already special day a touch more memorable. Pros: Unique designs, Rich materials Cons: None more

LOVE King Florist 4/14/2009

My experience with King Florist was great from start to finish. My mother ordered flowers for me for my birthday and she said that the employee went above and beyond over the phone to help her order the *perfect* arrangement. She made some great suggestions and took the time to describe the various arrangements available. My flowers were delivered on time by a very nice and professional delivery person. The flowers were exactly what my mother had ordered and I have gotten so many compliments from coworkers. This is the most beautiful arrangement I have ever received and I would recommend friends and family to King Florist...you will get exactly what you order and their customer service is above and beyond many other florists in town...I only wish I had known about them for my wedding!
