How these people are in business I have no idea. I had the worst experience and I was recommended by a very close friend that used to work there. The friend has actually started using other towing service as well. I had a horrible car accident late at night and the driver and the owner were both called and told where to take the car that night. Being that all of their information on any site says they are a 24 HOUR SERVICE they should have the means to do what they claim to do. They told me they couldnt bring my car that night because it was so late that it would be there the next morning. My car never ended up at the repair shop even a week later after they repeatidly screamed, yelled swore at me and continuously hung up on me and told me ""it isnt our problem, I dont F*in care!""I had to even call the sherriff's and my insurance company to finally take over. Not to mention I am active duty military and my husband is leaving for afghanistan and I was injured in the accident that was really what i needed!! Also after having my insurance company step in I found out this wasnt USAA's first bad run in with the company and the BBB actually has had other open complaints with the company as well as the DMV. Why they still are on the towing list is beyond me!! BEWARE!! more

My battery died in the middle of the first snow storm of the season, in the middle of the slow lane south bound on 87, by an on ramp in the worst part of morning traffic! The tow driver was there, helpful and very nice. He said there were 3 trucks trying to get to me through all of the mess! Im very happy with the service I recieved..driver was very cute too! This past summer my brakes went on my truck while I was driving on 146 in the busy intersection by the mall. I had to pull over and call a tow truck. I remembered seeing Kinetic trucks all over so I called them. Someone was there within five minutes. The driver had asked me where to bring my vehicle, so upset over the sudden loss of my brakes I didn't even think of what to do with it. The driver suggested a shop in town and I agreed to let him take my truck there. Not only did I get my car towed shortly after I had called but I also found a new place to take any of my vehicles for repair. I am very thankful for meeting the driver and having such good service that I would call them anytime. Pros: fast,reliable more
