Nursing and Other Staff 4/30/2021

Nurses and the healthcare staff were kind and courteous to me. Even through COVID, these healthcare team members have tried their best and I am grateful to go home. I don’t have names but I complimented all these staff members in person. Thank you. more

Excellent Physical Therapy 4/22/2021

Huge thank you to Mussa from physical therapy, he has been essential in my recovery. I was unable to get out of bed and now I can get in my chair and take steps. He motivates me in my recovery and I’m so grateful for him and the progress I’ve made. more

Fabulous Customer Service 3/30/2021

Beautiful facility, wonderful clinical services, and everyone is professional. Polly has been great help with discharge planning. This facility took great care of my mom and I appreciate all of the effort. Front desk has been wonderful. Thank you for your help! more

Hope, Trinette, Leslie, Alex, and the rest of my nurses were great. Hope is kind and funny, Alex kept me well informed on my medication. Leslie (night nurse) was fat to answer my call light as needed. Huge thank you to physical therapy and the rest of staff. more

Overall care was good 3/5/2021

Joan received good care while at kindred. When I would visit she told me how Christine, her CNA, stood out, and was a very nice person. The girls from rehab, Jackie and Erica, that came to get Joan out of bed were wonderful, Grace was also wonderful. Joan liked Raymond, he was very pleasant and would joke around with Joan, which she loved. She also told me how pleasant Miguel was and how he treated her as a great person. She also said Cherry was a good nurse, knew what she doing and was also a nice person. Joan is coming home and we both are very happy. more

Wonderful service 2/26/2021

Where do I start Kim Sandra Dawn Wound care team Unbelievable service, I didn’t like being in the hospital, but talk about a great team. While most of the nurses were very accomodating, some where really overzealous in doing their job which really is a good thing. I can’t say enough about Dr. Simon he made sure everything was done the way he wanted - oh yes, great surgical team. The only thing I would recommend during my three weeks was to have more physical therapy pretty much the way I had occupational therapy. Overall, great job! Edward Olson Thank you kindred, more

Vanessa is one of my nurses during the day time and has the best personality. Her sense of humor and good attitude brings joy to my day. Melissa has a great work ethic and has constantly made sure I’m comfortable. Melissas has a great attitude and always arrives in a timely manner with medication. Outstanding nurses more

Nursing Staff is Awesome 2/25/2021

On night shift, Daniela is very efficient with getting her job done including answering to the call light fast. She is sweet, caring, and has a good bed side manner. Terry Lynn is fast to answer as well, it’s clear she is very knowledgeable and makes it easy to understand when she explains the medication I’m taking. She also makes great suggestions when it comes to my recovery. April is new and has really impressed me, it seems like she’s been here forever. more

All were good 2/25/2021

Everyone was good, but Sam asked if anyone stood out in caring for me while I was patient. These are a few of the people I feel did just that. Fisela .is a wonderful nurse and nice person, she always showed up when I needed her. Liz, my CNA during most of my stay, is fantastic, she is very good. Teresa Lynn was always checking on me, to see if I needed ice water or anything, she was wonderful. Dr Rosen is a wonderful man and good doctor. Liz, the nurse, kept me informed and has a nice bedside manner. Going home today, thank you. more

Kindred has been a true blessing 2/24/2021

From the first day my mom came to kindred, she started improving. Mom was not alert before she came to kindred and she was on a vent. Kindred did a lot to help mom, after a few days she was alert and awake, a blessing. I read some of kindreds success stories and I told our family I want mom to be one of their success stories, Sam said she would check on that for us. Mom had been off the vent about two weeks and the first day of visitation, she tried to talk to us, what a great surprise. She started rehab and I’m in touch with her therapist and I get an update. The first day mom couldn’t stand, now she can walk at least 50 steps without a lot of assistance. We are so happy with the great care mom has received at kindred, thank you. more

Friendly staff 2/12/2021

Staff, and doctors are great. Before my wife Drylie came here we heard hospice. Kindred has given us hope. She has improved greatly. Case management and ambassador kept my entire family informed. We did lots of FaceTime when we couldn’t visit in person. The hospital is also a very beautiful and clean facility. Thank you Ted studmiere more

Nurses were fantastic 2/11/2021

My care was great and my nurses were fantastic, especially Sharmayne. If every hospital had a house full of Sharmayne’s, you wouldn’t feel like you were in a hospital. Alex, my night nurse was terrific, whenever I put my call light on she was there, asking what I needed and could she help me. Josie, my night CNA, was the same, always there asking if I needed anything, very concerned and caring. Marlena, my day CNA, was wonderful more

My care was great! 2/2/2021

Sam asked me how my stay has been and I told her it was great. She asked if anyone stood out in caring for me and I said yes, Jemel, in the rehab department. He took an interest in my getting better and I felt like he really cared about getting me stronger and home. He cared and support me every step of the way. Katherine, a CNA, was great and has a good sense of humor. Don’t tell my wife but the food was good and tasty and the amounts were nice and big, which for a man my size was really nice. To those I didn’t mention, I appreciate all of you as well. more

My stay here has been very good. I have nothing to complain about. I even like the food here, I get all kinds of drink. Everyone does what they are suppose to do. The hospital is also very clean. more

Everyone was on point 1/18/2021

After a misstep the first day everything turned around. I want to thank Sabrina for handling some issues the first day. Thanks to Sabrina everything was handled and from then forward everyone and everything just got really great. Sabrina is a gem, beautiful person, very caring, made sure I had information I needed. I like Kelly, a nurse practitioner, she is honest and lets you know what is really going on. Dr Schallop was really great, he helped family understand a few things that got Russ to his next level of care. Brenda, the sitter was very sweet and helpful, she would get me Information I needed. All in all I’m very grateful to Kindred. more

Mom did great at kindred 1/15/2021

Dr. Vasireddy was truly great. Vanessa is good nurse, she took time to engage my mother in small talk, which really helped my mother. Kashi, is another good nurse, who also took time to converse with my mother. Your Sunday nurses were very helpful, they seemed genuinely interested in assisting with any concerns I had regarding my mother. My mother is doing so well she is ready for the next step in her recovery. more

Great employees at Kindred 1/15/2021

I want to thank Erika, my wife’s ambassador, she rocks. Erika works with the dietitian. My wife Mary and I had the best video visit since she’s been at kindred, thanks to Erika. Erika and I, with Sams help, set up a Zoom call! It was great, Mary and I were so happy. We plan on another visit tomorrow. Thank you more
