Everyone’s been outstanding. 3/27/2023

This is an awesome place. All of the staff have been great. Especially, the nurses. They were all very professional and courteous. Maria was excellent. One da, I was having a really bad craving for double-stuffed Oreos. Maria went and found some for me. Marva was great too. She once went to the store to grab me a carton of ice cream because the floor’s refrigerator didn’t have any. The food is awesome. Everyone’s been outstanding. My progress has been perfect. more

Staff were friendly. 3/15/2023

The staff are quite friendly. Susan (supervisor) has been amazing. Charlotte was a dear, helpful lady. Even on days she’s not assigned to Joe, she comes and tend to him. Tony (RT) was very helpful as well. The facility looks nice. The bed he had was great. Security was good. One of the security guards even helped me fill my tire one night. more

Overall, the experience was 8/10. It was very good. I was very nervous when I came here. I didn’t know how good the nurses would be; or if they’d care. But, I was quickly comforted by caring staff. Rickelle was always very positive, upbeat, nice, and hustling to get things done. LaTonya was very nice/good. Charlotte was very good. She knew how to make things into an ideal situation. Bob was so nice. He took time out of his day to come wish me a Merry Christmas. He’s always friendly. He even covers for his employees when they’re not here. Alex was great as well. I made a lot of progress. When I finished surgery, I had a hole 5 inches tall and 4 inches wide. Now, it’s almost completely filled in. Jill did a really great job healing me. It was a good experience, and it meant a lot to know how kind and caring everyone was. more

My experience was very good. I really liked it. Everyone was quite manageable. Joy lives true to her name. She is a ray of sunshine. She is sweet, kind, and goes out of her way to care for me. Even if I wasn’t her patient, she’d come take care of me. She is a sweetheart. I love Mary Beth. She is very genuine, sweet, funny, and personable. Chris, and Derrick, are great. Chef Mike is very sweet. Allen is really cool and funny. Mary is a sweetheart. Everyone’s been great, and so nice. My progress was really good. I feel much stronger than when I got here. more

My father was more comfortable/laidback at Kindred 2/7/2023

They answered any questions I had. They checked on my father constantly. They did well with him. All of his caregivers went above and beyond. I feel like he was more comfortable/laidback when he got to your facility. more

I was satisfied. My care was good. My oxygen needs dropped dramatically. Most of all, I want to thank Mary for always coming as soon as I pressed my call light. She never tried to pass on a task either. more

I would definitely recommend this facility if someone asked me about medical treatment. I appreciate the staff. They all went above and beyond. They communicated well. I learned a lot about her condition. I had no negative experiences. I appreciate you all! more

The staff always treated both of us well. They were friendly. They were good about explaining what was going on with him. Everyone went above and beyond. He’s progressed a lot since he came here. He’s gone from being zombie-like to clear communication. more

Everyone exceeded my expectations 12/21/2022

My experience was really good. The staff were awesome. They made the experience. Everyone exceeded my expectations. I feel good about the progress. I could barely walk when I got here. I barely had an appetite. I feel that the staff explained my condition very well. Even during the administering of medication, they explained the reasoning every time. more

He had a great response to their bedside manner 12/21/2022

Our experience with Kindred was good. The staff were great. I could tell those people were here for the right reasons. We had no problems. Even the cleaning staff were really nice. Cherita has been so nice when administering therapy. Joyce was really nice too. Sylvia was nice. Maryann Maria were really kind, with good bedside manner. Delecia is at the top of our list. Jeanne is really sweet. There’s something about both Jeanne, and Delecia, that really clicked with Joe. They both visit him, even when they don’t have him. We haven’t had a bad nurse. As for his progress, he’s definitely getting better. He’s moving his extremities more. He had a great response to the bedside manner of the caregivers overall. more

I may come back and apply for a job! 12/19/2022

When I first got here, I had a negative view of the facility due to the perspective of others. However, I had a pleasant stay. I haven’t had any issues. My drains were removed. I had a lot of good people taking care of me. Derrick was cool. Becca was great. She was one of my favorites. Isis was good. Joy was awesome. Marshay has been exceptionally great. The lab tech was really good. Jeanne was awesome. She helped me use the shower. Jenny Lynn, and Rogaciano were good. I really like Delecia too. I may come back, and apply for a job when I get better. more
