Where do I start? How about the beginning. I did not make an appointment to tour the facility, but the head nurse at that time made time to tour my girls and I. We were totally impressed, how clean, open, well kept. (First Impressions are the best impressions). The staff, the RN’s, the LVN’s, the CNA’s, the RT’s and PT’s they were all open arms to my wife and I and the girls. We literally felt at home here at Kindred. There were issues that needed to be resolved, but our problem solver, Karen, and patient relations, Cheyenne, immediately stepped in with the help of Adrien and resolved immediately what needed to be resolved. Wherever you go, there is mending to be ironed out, and this staff did, hands down. Theresa, housekeeping, receptionists, amazing. We would like to name all who cared for Chris. Employees of the 3 months we were there, without each one, Chris would not be where she is now—that is transferring to Rehab. Than you team! It all comes down to taking care and treating your patient and loved ones, Kindred did that and more. I can’t thank you enough, and my daughters can’t thank you enough, and most of all, my wife Chris.
