2/5 it could be better. Everybody is different in their own way. The nurse I had today was good, she talked to me, supports me, more should be like her.

I love miss edna, Tracy, Rayneisha and her mom and chayenne (put her at the top) and jyoti, parmjit and many more nurses whose names I forgot. My experience was good. I love all the nurses who were nice and caring. Dr. Nakagawa is my best doctor, I love her so much. I love patty for cutting my hair, she's so sweet. Overall I love this place and I will recommend it. I just want to thank everybody for everything, you know who you are. God bless you Bae bae! more

It was a good hospital. Staff was very professional and very nice. We just need to get the TV situation fixed. Evelyn, Rica, Irene, Nicoleta, May were good nurses. And a CNA in the night shift with braids was nice too. Rehab should understand somebody’s pain. Do more stretching before strenuous exercises. But they have good, nice, funny people down there. I have no complaints. more

There’s a night shift nurse who was energetic, always working and was fast and friendly. I like the hospital, they explained everything to me and tell me what they’re going to do. I ask for my medicines and they give it to me and they explain to me what the medicine was for. The guys in rehab are really nice. They pushed me to stand up quicker than I thought I would. more

Everybody was so wonderful. They were calling me, and giving me so much information, it was so helpful. I’ve never had people give me information and continue to call me for updates. I appreciate everything everyone did. You are unbelievable human beings. You helped me so much just to know what’s going on with him. I can’t express how valuable and helpful you all were. It was wonderful he got there and if only it was sooner. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. more

It was really nice. There were times he had anxiety, and nothing happened fast enough but I explained to him that it was all hospitals. He only complained once. Everyone has been so kind and helpful. Nalini was helpful and communicated with me about discharge. There were many rt’s nurses and doctors that’s been good to us. The staff did the best they could. For example when he first got here and he was unable to move his arms, they gave him a soft touch call light and it made a huge difference. Everything fell into place and I knew he was safe. more

Awesome caregiving 2/14/2020

You are an awesome facility. Staff is like family. Case management helped me with my needs. Nursing staff is incredible. Wound care is awesome and they literally brought me back to life. Kindred is my secondary home, hopefully not literally though. One thing I loved is how the staff kept in contact with my mother about my care and how you involved her.i would recommend if anyone needed long term care to consider kindred as their number one choice. more
