Everyone has been extra good to me! There are a few that are better than good, Jennifer RN, Emma CNA and Marcella! Marcella goes beyond expectations and always has a smile and positive attitude. If I could I would give Kindred a 10 star rating! more

Mary is a great nurse. She was always timely with my medication and would check on me to see if I needed anything to be more comfortable. She showed concern if my oxygen was low or my heart rate went high and would listen to my lungs to make sure I was doing okay. She was very kind and provided exceptional service. J. Hurd more

Ana with housekeeping is so pleasant and cheerful. Always asking me how I was feeling. She kept my room very clean and all supplies were stocked. This is the cleanest hospital I have ever been in. Thank you for going above and beyond. J. Hurd more

Holly the RT 3/11/2019

Holly the RT was always lifting my spirits. She could tell when I wasn't feeling well when she walked in the room. She provided a very high quality of respiratory therapy from breathing treatments to changing out my oxygen probe that was on my forehead. Holly is an asset to your organization.-J. Hurd more

Miles the woundcare nurse 3/11/2019

Miles is very professional. He is an exceptional nurse and also took care of me to make sure my wounds were taken care of so I did not have any problems. He helped me with my oxygen issues so the alarm would stop going off at unnecessary times. He goes above and beyond and provides excellent care to his patients. J. Hurd more

Beyond excellent! 2/27/2019

My husband transferred to Kindred from a local hospital! From admission until discharge today his care has beyond excellent! All our questions and concerns have been addressed right away. Thanks to Holly in admissions, Debbie and Jennie B for checking on us and making sure that we had everything we need. more

Everything we hoped for and more! 2/27/2019

I was concerned when my husband was going to Kindred. We have been married for 43 years and time a part was not an option we wanted. I have been able to stay 24/7. Everyone has been extremely nice and accomadating. My husband refers to Kindred Home and the Kindred family has made it exactly that! Santesha (Giggles as my husband calls her) and Maribel have been great! They are always smiling and attending to my husband's needs. He is always clean shaven and groomed! Miles the wound care nurse, Karen, Tre, Katie the case manager, Penny, Kat, Gini, Debbie, Doug RT, Holly RT, Marcy the dietician, have been great! Kat knew my husband was a NASCAR fan and made sure it was on the TV! This was thoughtful but not the best! The best was when she walked in with a Nascar hat and lug nuts that her husband brought back for my husband! Not only does Kindred have the best staff but Dr. Mckoy is great too! My husband wants to transfer to his care! We have been very happy here but looking forward to going home for my husband's birthday. C. Hurd more

Everyone is great! 2/21/2019

Everyone treats me like family! They take time to get to know there patients on a personal level. That means a lot to me because it brings joy to my day to talk about my loved ones and our lives. Which helps with my total healing! I would really like to recognize two of the standouts on staff, CNA's Maribel and Santesha. They were very thorough in giving baths to make sure any breakdown of skin was addressed. They always made me laugh and cheered me up when needed. They never left the room without asking was there anything else I needed. Kindred is a better place because of these two! They deserve raises! All the nurses were great too! Especially Treceia who always made sure I had everything needed. She had a great bedside manner too! I feel right at home at Kindred!-- Donna Newton more

Blessed 2/5/2019

Everyone at Kindred Hospital in Rome has been great. I appreciate everything that everyone has done to help me have a very positive outcome and be able to return home. The doctors, nursing staff, therapy, administration, and wound care are top notch. Darlene in wound care has taken exceptional care of me. She has been caring, considerate, and compassionate while taking care of me, as has everyone! I would highly recommend Kindred to everyone. This is a great place with an exceptional staff. more
