Saved my life 12/6/2019

The staff is very attentive and adaptive. They are excellent. Anne Marie, Liji, and Christy, the aide were very attentive and helpful. They were all very nice! The room was kept tidy and clean. Therapy worked with me to keep me active. They all did a good job and showed a lot of professionalism. They saved my life. -Peter more

This hospital is not one of the best, it is THE BEST! The staff listened 100% to my cares and concerns. My husband was a difficult case and I was amazed how nice everyone was! -Hein more

Can’t say enough 10/28/2019

Andre and Shabrina from respiratory really stood out. They explained everything so that we could understand my sons progress. Karen and Liji, the CNAs, always checked in with a smile on their faces. Meredith from case management was very nice. Therapy was great. My son had huge improvement. All the nurses and aides were great. Can’t say enough about this hospital. Jim more

Really stood out 10/10/2019

This hospital taught me what was needed to be successful. All of the staff was very nice and a matter of fact there are a few that really stood out. Maria, the nurse, took a lot of time with me and explained things very well. All of the nurses listened and cared for me, but Maria really stood out. Christiana, the CNA, spent a lot of time talking with me and making me laugh. Tanisha, Phil, and Natalia from rehab were wonderful. Highly recommend! more

This place has great teamwork! 9/25/2019

This hospital staff is excellent. Respiratory, nursing, CNAS, rehab, doctors and administration was wonderful! Everyone always came in right away. They took the time to answer all of our questions. Housekeeping always made sure the room was clean at all times. This staff got me to walk again and breathe on my own. The nurses work so hard to make you feel comfortable. The staff is beautiful - they just want the patient to be comfortable. They work so hard to make sure everyone is satisfied. And Reine from case management, she would stop in all the time to make sure we were okay. This place has great teamwork! - KS more

Above and beyond 9/2/2019

The staff at Kindred went above and beyond to assure that our family member received the much needed treatment that other facilities refused to help with. The staff at Kindred Dover was attentive, professional and caring. I have no hesitation in recommending this facility. more

This is the best hospital out of every one I’ve been to! The staff is awesome especially David and Dorothy! The rehab team Natalia, Phil and Tanisha are like 3 musketeers. I cannot put one above the other because the three of them are great! Respiratory therapy got me off of oxygen. Rehab got me walking again. The food choices are great, if I didn’t like something - there was alway a good option. JM more

The staff was very nice. Urvi was very attentive, very helpful! Kathy, Kim, Donna, Gayflor and Janet were great. The therapy department - Rudy, Phil, Natalia and Tanisha were very good - helped me out! more

I have never been to this hospital but I am glad I came 8/5/2019

I have never been to this hospital before but I am glad I came. The care from the staff is excellent, especially Yasmin, RN. She was wonderful - so kind and pleasant. The food is excellent. The rooms are so quiet and housekeeping does a great job keeping everything neat and tidy. Great facility! - Maryann Behnke more

They did more for me in 7 days than any other facility 7/19/2019

Everyone here was kind and compassionate. They did more for me here in 7 days than any other facility. I have been in bed for 27 days - and the rehab team got me back on my feet so I can go home! Very happy with the care here! - Robert mulvihill more

I highly recommend this hospital. 7/17/2019

The nursing staff was great, especially Donna. Donna stands out at the best! She is kind and has a piece of professionalism that is excellent. She makes sure all safety precautions are followed, makes sure everyone is doing the right thing and is on top of things. She should be recognized for the outstanding care she gives. Taz from dietary worked nicely with us and handled all issues or concerns. Marc from speech was so good, he worked so hard to help. This is a wonderful hospital. Very skilled nurses! Liji is a little dynamo..Karen is great, she makes sure the patients are well cared for. Tanisha is very sweet, she has lots of potential and does great things with the patients. Tammy is a great nurse. Chris from medical records is the best. Cheryl the APN is wonderful. She called us and explained the course of treatment and put our minds at ease. She is very approachable. And Christy she was great. I highly recommend this hospital! more

Wonderful 7/10/2019

Dr Grella’s group was wonderful - especially Cheryl. Laura from case management was very helpful to my husband. The rooms were so clean and restful. The nursing staff was attentive especially Janet, Lisa, Deanna, Josephine, Karen, Annmarie and Dorothy. And the respiratory staff was exceptional! -DM more

A very good hospital 7/6/2019

Very happy with the care here. The staff was very caring and kind. Dr Poon was good. The call bell was always answered quickly. The rooms were clean and quiet, so I was able to sleep. They all treated me very well. A very good hospital! - Morton more

This place is the best! 7/5/2019

Very good care! The nurses, doctors, nursing assistants, and respiratory therapist especially Ben and Shabrina .. they were both a great help to us! Reine was wonderful, very helpful. The room was quiet - good for healing!! We had religious concerns that the staff went out of their way to be accommodating and they were very understanding. I hope that no one I know needs a ventilator, but if they do, I will tell them to come here. This place has been the best! -A.B. more

Very happy with the care here 6/28/2019

The nursing staff is great - the nurses and aides! They were so pleasant and answered all my questions. Rehab helped me get stronger so I can go back to my home. The rooms were always kept neat and tidy. Rey happy with the care here. more
