Supervisor Nurse Linda is an awesome lady, warm hearted and loving. Nursing team are all profesional , respectful and knowledgeable in all they do. My sincere thanks to all especially to Valerie,Lilia,Vicky,Jordan, Danielle, Maria, Jessica. Adrian took a little extra time to talk to me and have daily small conversations. To all CNA’s my hats off to you! You are all special with a great heart, what you express and demonstrate to patients is not taught in books, but flowers from your heart. Special thanks to Dio,Maria, Sandra, Teresa, Yvonne, Lupe,Fernando, Patricia, Isabel and Geo, You all go beyond your call of duty. The wound care team, Wonderful and very special at what these ladies do. The wound care team always making sure I was medicated before starting the cleaning process. So attentive High Five to all Helen,Luz,Letty,Elsa, Sandra and Maria. Physical therapy team, the “ motor to my vehicle” “ Come on Mr Gamón , “You can do it.” I felt their love and care to better myself and encourage me every step of the way. Tony, Luis Sylvia , You all are awesome. Thank you MInerva and Beverly for helping me and teaching me to do things by myself and encourage me every step of the way. Kindred Hospital El Paso is an amazing place, well kept by maintenance and custodial, special thanks to Aurora who kept my room clean. To the Kitchen staff, Thank you for helping me regain my strength through the nutrition meals you all prepared for me. Special thanks to Juana and Eva. Great Big thank you to Vicky ( CCO ), Melissa ( nutritionist ) and Brenda and all the Idt staff administrators. Todo el personal es muy buena. El servicio estuvo excellente. Me voy muy contento de aqui. Sandra la asistente es muy buena persona, Chabelita, Yolanda, y Julie. Son muchas las personas pero no me acuerdo. Las muchachas de cuidado de heridas estuvieron muy bien. Erica es una persona muy linda, me la pase muy bien aqui. Desde la informacion del hospital, para ser trasladados del otro hospital, el trato cordial fun excellente. Sus Servicios de Doctores, Enfermeros, Aux Enfermeria, laboratorio, limpieza,recepcion, las trabajadoras sociales todo es excellente un 5. Los felicito, he estado en varios lugares y es frustante porque no dan informacion. Aqui hacen tanto la estancia de los pacientes como parientes muy placentera y puede uno tomar desiciones de los problemas de salud. The service here was great. We brought my niece here from another LTAC and it was night and day! From day one they took great care of her. If at any times I had questions or concerns they were handled quickly. Chrisanna made some very good progress here which made me realize that she is ready for her next steps. There are way too many people to thank but a couple that were absolutely amazing and helpful were Brenda case manager she put up with my many questions for her. She worked very hard for my niece and myself. Beverly the OT was also excellent with her and always took special care with her as well. Last but definitely not least, her speech Therapist was amazing! Thank you all so much for your care and support for my niece. Thank you all very much, April ( aunt ) more

The Nurses and Cna’s took really good care of my mom. The wound care dept did a great job. The room was always clean, the staff was really helpful and the information was great. The bedside care for my mom was excellent she was always clean. The top Nurses that took really good care of my mom are Danielle and Joe. Patty and Dio also took really good care of my mom. It has been very nice and satisfactory, the attention, commitment and service in health care here at Kindred. Also in which they work together with other hospitals to bring quality care to patients. The care given to me, has been good and the treatment by the different departments has also been very effective to my recovery. The HBO department was good. They Nurses all were good, especially Danielle . The physical therapist was also excellent, she was always encouraging and inspiring and helping me improve my strength and stamina to get well much sooner. The housekeeping were very respectful and tentative to have the area clean. The wound care team was excellent , my respect and congratulations for excellent care. Day Nurses Gladys and Susie were excellent they get a 5 from me. The wound care team was excellent, the therapy was excellent also, Oliva and Sylvia were also excellent, The housekeeping staff Aurora and Teresa did a good job too. The Cna Patty And Laura were the best we have ever had, give out thanks in our behalf. Overall everyone was good and excellent people. The staff was very nice, also the wound care was nice. I don’t have anything bad to say. The Cna’s Did a lot for me, they combed my hair and bathed me when I needed it. The HBO department I really like, Freddie is such a a kind person and he knows what he’s doing. Oliva from physical therapy was real good, she helped me a lot during my stay. Beverly from Occupational therapy also helped me a lot, she did real good. The Nurses were good, The housekeeping ladies were good, they always kept my room clean. Aurora from housekeeping was very detailed about always keeping my room spotless. Linda the night supervisor was a great and caring person. Brook was such a great and caring person to deal with.
