Staff here are very nice, therapy is very good. I feel that nursing could use more help. Issue I have I feel food could be better. Supplies should be audit before they run out. Otherwise everything is good. This is Mrs.Lynn more

Staff is caring. My nurse Mrs.Pam is caring and attentive. Donald and Brian in rehab are awesome. Appreciate all the Doctors hard work. Very beautiful and clean facility. Mrs. Michelle that serves food in cafeteria is great. Icu staff are sweet and attentive. Overall if I had to come back to another hospital I would like to come back here. Staff was friendly and professional. When called staff always came and did what was asked in a timely manner.Nurses let me ask questions about medications I was taking and took time explaining and made sure I understood what I was taking. When there was a problem with medication they told me to talk to doctor and they always made notes to tell the Doctor. The cleaning staff came daily and cleaned room and professional. I saw Doctors everyday. I appreciated the IDT staff coming every week to keep me informed about my care status. Physical and occupational therapy worked with me and help me become stronger. I love the dialysis staff. Only issue is food could be warmer when passed out to patients. more

Everyone was so helpful, wound care, doctors, ambassador, nurse,techs every question explained, kept up to speed on everything. Great service! more

Issues that I had I was able to discuss and get resolved by my ambassador who is dedicated to helping me solve my concerns. Not only was I impressed with the cleaness of the hospital also my visitors were impressed. This rehab has the best physical and occupational therapist that I have ever experienced. more

The staff, in general, have my best interest at heart. There was one nurse I was not comfortable with on the first night as he would not use the tablet I had to use for written communication as I am deaf. For longer stays. I would recommend the food service update the menus for a better selection of meals. Otherwise, this facility is okay. Mikey Ramirez, the HBO tech, is to be recommended for being courteous, professional and personable. more

Mary you have been a blessing in disguise and willing to help me out in times of need. Never complaining nor throwing the job onto others while always having a smile. I appreciate your care and compassion. Muletta your have been great as well. Always nice to see a friendly face in the middle of the night. Thank you for your care and concern. Bea you make the job look simple and easy but you definitely know what you're doing. Your love for the patients definitely shows in your character. Jo you have a terrific sense of humor and you do your job with passion and care. Wendy who was my nurse during the night has been a joy to talk too and she understands my warped sense of humor. At first I was skeptical about coming here , but soon realized how wonderful this facility is. Upon my arrival everyone was wonderful and welcoming and made me feel right at home. During my stay here I could not have been more pleased with the overall care and attentiveness of the nursing staff. Craig is absolutely amazing! And should be recognized for all his hard work and all that he does. If anyone has any questions on where to go or where to send their loved ones for long term care I would highly recommend Kindred Dallas and their team. more

I had family that was admitted to this facility ... the care and service there whenever I would drop in was second to none .... I was extremely pleased with the nursing staff and how well they tended to my grandfathers needs ... lily (CNA) is wonderful and craig(RN) is amazing as well thank y’all so much for what you do! more

I came here awhile back and everything so far during my stay has been nothing short of exceptional. The HBO staff and physicians have been Extremely caring and always made me feel comfortable. The hospital itself was amazing as well I can't thank the staff enough. The ones that stood out th most to me were the RN Craig he was always on time and a great nurse. And the techs Lily and Johnnie were some of the best caregivers anyone could ask for. more

I have been using the HBO (hyperbaric) chambers for wound treatment and the staff and treatment itself have been wonderful. Very professional place for outpatient wound treatment and overall care. I am extremely satisfied with everything. more

The overall care was excellent. My experience here was outstanding especially in HBO (hyperbarics). The hyperbaric technician Mikey was excellent and went above and beyond his job. He always made me feel comfortable in a new environment. The wound care nurses were exceptional. And the nursing staff on the floor was always available. I would highly recommend anyone sending their love ones to this facility. If I had to read it on a scale of 1 to 10 I would give them a solid 9. more

I came over here from Dallas Presbyterian for a foot wound. My transfer to this facility from the other facility was easy and probably the least stressful transfer I've ever had. Upon my arrival the staff was welcoming, warm, and friendly . Since my stay here I have started hyperbaric treatments and my healing process has been great. The staff has exceeded my expectations especially the registered nurse Annabel. she always has a smile on her face, always has a great attitude, and is exceptional at her job. I can't say enough positive things more

I have been at kindred hospital for a few weeks now and my stay here has been wonderful thus far. I have been receiving hyperbaric treatments for the last two weeks and have noticed a significant difference in my healing process I owe huge thank you's to the staff and physicians here. more

Me and my family have been at this hospital for quite a while now. my husband was admitted a while back and has received IV atibiotic treatment as well as hyperbaric treatments. so far throughout our stay everything has been great and the nursing staff has been outstanding. in particular the registered nurse Annabel has been amazing and always has a smile on her face. also the whole staff in the hyperbaric treatment center are great and they are always on time to treat my husband.
