Kindred Hospital Dallas

The accommodations were good. The food was good. Most of the nurses/ techs were good. Some were trainees and sometimes took a little longer but still got things done. Only thing I think would improve things would be if nursing staff was more regular. It seems every day and night was a new nurse. Would be good if some were here more often. So I didn't have to start over each night. The wound care team had several people and were all good but I really trusted Regina and trusted her opinion. She was also more gentle and was careful to not cause pain. more

My overall stay has been great! Every has been nice to me. Everyone has been accommodating! Been some minor details but that's ok because no one is perfect. Ms Bea takes really good care of me. I can't remember everyone's name, but J.C., Shannon, Keith, Barbara, Leehi, Ms. Arlene. There are so many and I don't want to leave anyone out. They have all literally been great. more

She was comfortable being here. The staff was attentive and helpful. Audra answered any questions we had. She was very informative and sympathetic, and very helpful. We would like to thank the kindred hospital staff for taking such good care of our Mother. more

Overall hospital experience is a good one. Moletta, Jewell, Ruth K, and Chichi Are really good and nice. I requested Craig and Jewell when I knew they were here. Craig is awesome, he always makes me laugh which makes me feel better! Laughter is cheap medicine! Moletta always has a smile on her face and is so sweet. Jewell is very thorough. I always try to get her because she makes me feel so comfortable. more

This hospital is a wonderful hospital! The people are all so caring.i want to mention some people that have worked the closest to my wife and I. They are all wonderful, but these 4 girls have changed our lives. They know what they are doing, and you can tell that they love what they do. They aren't just here for a pay check. It is people like these girls that show up and make this hospital what it is. Without them the hospital is just a building. The four girls I am speaking of are Caroline Nnadi, Angela Shepard, Beatrice Nwoke, and Stephanie Des'Paint. They are so patient with us, are always smiling, and are so helpful! I tell people about this hospital and these girls everywhere I go. This has been a life changing experience for me. My personal attitude and opinions, my personality have all changed for the better because of these four. I live 90 miles away and it is nice to know my wife is well taken care of when I am unable to be here. I especially have a soft spot for Ms. Bea. She has been the one to really help me feel safe about going home when I have to leave. I highly recommended to anyone needing healthcare that, this is the place! more

My overall experience was good. My medical care and Drs were 5+. The staff was friendly. The food was not very good and that is about my only complaint. Well, besides one time when I pushed my call light and it took a while for them to answer, but I found out later they were short staffed That night and that was why. more

The food is great , Giggle giggle! My room is clean and organized very well! I didn't have to call for everything they just took care of it. The food was warmed up for me if I was out when they brought it. The nursing staff always made sure I was comfortable and brought me my pain med so I wouldn't hurt. They got me anything I needed. They did a good job. more

I had a great stay here and I can't complain about anything. I was taken very good care of here! Just as long as I have the Lord I will be ok! The food was alright. Everything I needed they got for me! I would definitely recommend this hospital to others. more

Overall a good experience. I get along with Audra pretty good. We kid around. Most of the nurses are excellent! It's a nice, clean place. The dr was extra good. I will continue to see the dr after I leave. I will recommend this hospital to others. more

Wound care was awesome. Communication could be better between Doctors and nurses communicating to patient. Dialysis team were awesome. PCT were also awesome. Food was good. more

Starting off me as the patient son had some communication issues with staff. Overall Stephanie Director of Respiratory and Katie Nurse manager helped turn the issues around and got them taken care of in a timely manner. Nursing staff took well care of my mother. Respiratory therapist did a excellent job. more

I really enjoyed my rehab, Brian was very patient and understanding with me. I received good care from nursing services. Call light always answered in a timely manner. Food services great I loved the food. more

The care I received here has been perfect. When I would call for help if the person I needed could not come, someone would come and help me. Woundcare team is impeccable, they helped heal my wounds. Rehab team all are good, they know what they are doing. Hospital very clean EVS keeps this hospital sparkling. more

Overall everything was great, food was good. Woundcare team got my foot well did a good job. I can't say enough about the nursing and techs overall they did a super job. Respiratory staff did a good job also. Doctors saw me quite often and did a good job with my care. Best facility I ever been in. more

Woundcare team was good I still have my toes. Will from kitchen he is all around good guy very nice. Nursing answered my call light in a timely manner. EVS kept my room clean and this hospital is beautiful they really do a good job keeping this place clean. My ambassador Stephanie is such a nice gal very pleasant and helpful. more
