Thank you for everything this hospital was God’s to me they bring you attention good food really cute nurses and good taking care of patients specially sally she has a great attitude great patience if I need something she’s here. Quiet and peaceful 5/14/2018

It was a quiet and peaceful being here I didn’t get headaches or there wasn’t any noise when the medicine was supposed to be given it was. They care for you and listen. When you want something else for breakfast the nurses call and get it for you. Liz from woundcare came in she helps me talks to me my doctor was very supportive when I needed him he was there . All of the nurses thank you for coming in when I ring the bell when I needed them . Thank everybody for being there and taking care of me. more

Comfortable stay 5/3/2018

The care here was beautiful it was a honestly a lovely and comfortable stay. It’s my time to go now. I came in with a toe amputation unable to walk as much. When therapy saw me they helped me get stronger I can walk now move around do more for myself than I could when I first came. Now I’m in a beautiful condition and it’s because of this place! more

100% difference 4/25/2018

This hospital did it’s job It felt like I got in and out of here! I’ve been breathing pure air on my own I did not expect to get finished up and out of here as fast as I did. I was in metro south with a feeding tube and a trac and very out of it when a ambulance brought me here I did not know what was going on. I was put in HAU and people there did the best they could I only had 7% of oxygen in my blood I was very sick. I was put on a vent and had a catheter eventually I started using a urinal and had a video swallow I passed and was able to eat a regular diet I got rid of the feeding tube respiratory therapist work so hard I was done with the trac. Therapy helped me walk and built a lot of strength I could not sit at the edge of bed or stand up but now I can stand with a walker. Everyone here was good to me! -David Odell more

Very nice people 4/17/2018

My doctor's and nurses always explained things to me this is very important for a patient. Most of them were very concerned for me.thank you all for taking good care of me. Therapist where very lovely is very important to feel comfortable with the people you work with thank you Arthur more

Excellent woundcare 6/23/2017

Overall great service they took care of me with care and compassion. Woundcare team is great/ excellent!!!!!! Physical theraphy excellent too staff treated me great, Nurses treated me good food was good the delicacy of it something different all the time. Ricky H more

Love this place 11/22/2016

My boy down in casemangement Ignacio works very hard felt that he really cared. Nurses staff when you need them they are here they are respectful kind honest genuinely in bedside manner if I felt like a 2 yr old wanting someone to be with me hold my hand they where here all the 4th and 5 the floor really helped me Ahmed nurse his always in here changing my wounds. Encouragement that's always good. Alma she does her job and she does a good job too. I love this place!! more

Everybody was helpful in the 5th floor good food good people they where enjoyable a lot of nurses have good hearts. Therapy was funny they where very kind and good people to work with very good at what they do I will miss them very much. No complaints!! 8/25/2016

As far as I'm concerned everything was wonderful nurses are always good specially on their busy days! Housekeeping did good my room was always clean they gave me what I needed wash clothes, toilet paper no if or buts. Sharod was my number 1 he was always on it he notice one day during my dialysis I had a change in my condition became unresponsive and jumped right on it told the dialysis nurse got me back together he is a good guy in this hospital and we appreciate him it was fun when he took me down to dialysis ridding down the elevator kidding with him good personality he did a great job with all his patients dialysis people feel the same way about him about him and everything he does for them and us patients. Everyone I came in contact with was A ok. Thank you Thomas more

Caring 8/15/2016

Every nurse was good, outstanding with their attitudes smooth laughter, caring,compassionate. They care about you enough to be well enough they where absolutely stunning. Cheryll she was the Best I am so serious she cared enough to make me feel special (buy her some lunch) respiratory was very good and polite. Physical therapy was fun they played music in the gym while working out. They also enjoyed my music selection. HAu nurses they where all good nurses I started my stay in HAU and they made me well enough to where I was stable to move. All nurses made it easy for me to understand. Thank you for everything more

Good unit 8/11/2016

Man hau nurses On the hau unit are the best! That whole area is excellent. Noting nurse Ana and night shift nurse Ana where always there to answer my call bell made sure I was washed up comfortable they made sure I was Clark from head to toe. I didn't have to ask they always came I thank Ana for shaving me when I was unresponsive woke up to a nice shave. Sally nurse was nice too made sure I was comfortable when therapy came to see me she made sure I wasn't overwhelmed. The whole staff down there day and night was excellent. Rehab was good too marisol laney they care about you too and wash you up. Respitory was excellent don't remember names just faces thank you. more

Path to recovery 7/7/2016

The nurses and CNAs and O.T and P.T have done really well just keeping me aware of what was going on with my case where I am with my progress and making me comfortable as a patient. This people have just brighten my day coming along and calm me down bringing up my spirits going the extra mile alma, Janet, Joann speech and CNAs Daphnie, Stephanie,India, mariesol. Nurses Sheryl, Vivian is so sweet attentive and Thoral. Pt Edwin, Mariesol, Rafael,Yvonne ,Lainey also Delores those prayers are needed you can feel those prayers pull you along. I hope this second step lands me on my feet and I will come next time for a positive visit. more

Caring 6/27/2016

I think this hospital is very clean and caring,kind extravagant.very cheering for the patients good sence of humour the staff shows they care they always check on you make you feel cared for. Very good the food was excellent Arleen thank you very much for all you have done I appreciate you so much. Janet she's very nice went out of her way to help me thank you for the food pantry list. Dr. Lowe did a great job. I also liked Stephanie from Rehab Lainey mariesol the whole team worked well with everybody they are really good at what they do you get the strength and they make you feel comfortable. Alma is very nice makes everyone feel welcome if I didn't get your name you all are good too because I didn't want to leave but thank you for getting me home. more
