what a wonderful atmosphere! the best margaritas in hampton roads, hands down! the staff is beyond friendly and helpful, the menu selections are incredible. the filet and the new york steak are the best in norfolk. a most positive experience and possibly the best looking bar i've ever seen! definitely worth it 10/28/2002

I eat here at least once a month. The food is great. The service is usually prompt and when there is a problem i've had the manager personally apologize to me. They also have a huge wine list. If you like great food, great drinks, and a great time Kincaid's is definitely worth it. more
