Kim's Piano

I was met by a soft spoken, elegantly dressed man, Mr. Benjamin Kim. He carries some of the finest pianos made in the country and there was a large selection. I tried many and was also taken to a separate showroom where the absolute jewels are held. These are the larger Shigerus and Steinways. There was no time limit on how long I could play any of the pianos. There were no sales pitches but he was well informed on all of his pianos. I chose the finest piano in his store which was a Shigeru SK6 with a personal sound and action that is exceedingly rare to find. We spent all of ten minutes negotiating a price on the piano. I had done my homework for weeks on the pricing of this piano. Incredibly in his first offer to me I accepted. I felt it would have been an insult to ask for less than his most reasonable price. I was treated like a family member by this store and Mr. Kim and my feelings towards them are mutual. They sell only quality brand pianos. I highly recommend them for any level or budget and I intend to make future purchases from them including a new instrument for my concert hall in Los Angeles. David Sukonick more

I was shoppoing for a new grand piano for my son. I came across Kim's Piano in Garden Grove. They have great selection on pianos and the sales guy was very helpful. I liked him a lot because he was not push and aggressive like the other guys at other stores. I bought a new grand piano from Kim's Piano and I would recommend this place to anyone who is shopping for a new or used piano. more

This place has limited choices of piano to choose from, but their customer service is top notch. When my family and I went into the store, the customer representative greeted us and asked us what we were looking for. She showed us what she thought we wanted, but the choices were limited and not to our liking, so we did not buy a piano that day. more
