Kim does a wonderful job and does what is needed and not sell you on extras you don't need. So many times garages will try to up sell you but Kim will give it to you straight. more

Excellent, efficient, and kind service 1/21/2014

They worked with me well with finding the part i needed along with scheduling an appointment. They were courteous with all service provided and very accommodating to any extra needs. I plan on continuing to have my car serviced here. more

Kim's honestly looks for what is wrong with your car and provides recommendations based on the findings. They don't just throw fixes at you to make a buck. They also treat women like true consumers. more

While the price is competitive, perhaps to reward the customer, KARS could offer a "oil change package" of multiple changes, with a discount for customer loyalty ??!! more
