I went to Michael for help with anxiety and panic attacks. He was great. He taught me cognitive techniques, breathing techniques to calm myself, and we did other stuff to figure out the cause of my anxiety and fears. This was really hard for me, and Michael hung in there even when I complained about his homework! Yes, he gives homework! But it helped speed things along. I recommend Michael: he also has evening hours, which I needed because of my work schedule.
