DO NOT HIRE HER - WORST EVER -\r I hired her for a non legal situation, she needed to speak on my behalf and recover items from the police station as I am not in the state. It took 4 months and she finally said there was nothing more she could do. Wasted $1,000 on her for nothing - I am taking this up with the Utah Bar Association and anyone else who will listen - stay away from her she'll chat you up and you'll never hear from her once she gets payed. I tried to do things own my own and came to the realization that i needed expert help due to the fact i was denied naturalization. I came to Kim in hopes of getting my naturalization and it took a while but she never gave up and she did every extremely thorall and as a result i am now a citizen, thanks to all her hard work and knowledge of the immigration laws. I feel relieved today. It was a long immigration journey I have been going through and finally it was over with the GREAT victory. I hired Kimberly Trupiano representing me in applying for asylum and we got approval from the immigration judge. The Department of Homeland Security attorney appealed to the Board of Immigration Appeals, but Kimberly was also able to win. How amazing!!!! I remained an asylee for a while and USCIS has granted me green card few days ago. Eventually I will be eligible to apply for US citizenship. Thanks Kim and Thanks God! I hired Kim for a criminal case I happened to be involved in… wrong place at the wrong time type of thing and was freaked out by the incident. Scared of crap out of me since I have never been in trouble. She really helped me feel like I had a leg to stand on and the outcome, to make a long story short, was the charge was dismissed. Jose, I regret that I have similar problems with them. Our stories are almost the same. They seem to charge for everything including using the oxygen in the air in their office (but seriously!!!). Do NOT go over to Kim Trupiano law office!!! This rating is about helping you save money and helping you decide to NOT go to the wrong attorney. They had told us that it was going to be as much as X amount of dollars for their services, however, it came to light that it was going to cost +X+ dollars, much more than we expected and told us. They would continue to say we told you, we told you (when they hadn't). The billing staff are unhelpful and unclear about what they are talking about, there billing was not clear, especially after they had 'reversed' some charges. In the end the amount of stress that we went through was insufferable when dealing with this law firm. The staff clearly lies and Kim lies and make accusations that are not accurate and will totally push you into a corner and make you feel that you need to shut your mouth. How useful is it taking money from the people who are working so hard to make the American Dream come true? How do they sleep at night? Do yourself a favor, find another law firm and tell your friends to stay away from this place for any of their law needs. Spread the word, stay away! more

My name is Jose L. My sister firstly came to office of Ms. Kimberly Trupiano in April 2010 for hiring her to represent me for my immigration removal case. I had two criminal convictions that made me deportable but I had not known that when I pled guilty.
