Great Dentist!! Explains procedures, immaculate office, excellent staff. They even have a TV on the ceiling so you can watch football while work is being done, ... and she's a Husky! Pros: Gentle, Friendly, Experienced Cons: (none) more

Great up to date office and highest level of care! 9/1/2010

Very professional and personable. I love how the office's technology is so up to date. I can feel comfortable at her office knowing how gentle and knowledgeable she is. The office staff is so much fun. Dr. Kim is great with my son and he loves getting a prize for his good brushing habits, which keeps him motivated to do a good job at home. I like refering my friends to Dr. Kim because I know they'll have a great experience like me. more

Average Care, Sales Oriented 12/29/2009

Average appointment. Nothing unique or special. I did feel that they were wanting me to whiten my teeth. The hygenist and Lina did bring up whitening about five or six times through the appointment. It was starting to get annoying and I didn't think I needed my teeth whitened. It was not a hard core sales pitch but it was brought up quite a bit through conversation here and there. I didn't like it and the cleaning was so-so. Will not be going there again and will tell my friends not to go there. I think that is how they make extra money on patients. Pros: nice office Cons: Felt like they wanted me to whiten my teeth more

Great dental experience 9/26/2009

I had a cleaning and filling done with Dr. Kim. The staff explained in detail the procedures and after care in order to keep my teeth and gums in shape. During my filling I didn't even feel the anesthesia and was soooo comfortable that I slept through the whole procedure! I would highly recommend others to this dental office. I never seen such a clean and organized office, with friendly staff. Pros: Clean environment, good quality and excellent care. Cons: A little far from my place more

Not scared with Dr. Kim as my dentist! 9/23/2009

I really like Dr. Kim. I have lots of fears about shots and fillings, but Dr. Kim helps me deal with it by listening to me and telling me what's going on when I'm there. I know she cares about me because she asks how I'm doing and remembers things I tell her about my kids and family. I don't like going to the dentist, but because of Dr. Kim I am able to go and not be so scared. Pros: Listens, informs and genuinly cares more

Loyal patient, I'd follow her anywhere 9/23/2009

Dr. Kim is a great dentist! I followed her to her new location when she left Gentle Dental. When I need a filling, she explains why and is very gentle during the drilling. I was scared of dentists when I was a kid so I'm really glad I found Dr. Kim. Friendly, but painful 6/8/2007

I had a wisdom tooth removed by Lina Kim last week and it was the single most painful experience of my entire life. It also lasted over an hour just to remove one tooth. I did not get a valium or any nitrous oxide. I am honestly traumatized by the experience and will not go back to have the other one out by her. Pros: Clean environment Cons: PAIN!! more
