When I called about an issue regarding a malfunctioning light, I was yelled at by both the lady that answered the phone as well as the manager. After yelling at me, the manager finished her tirade by stating, ""That's just too F***ING BAD!"" and hung up on me. I had not used foul language, I had not yelled at either of them. I was just trying to explain why I didn't feel I should have to pay the service call fee since the issue came up as a result of a repair being made to my garage door. They insisted that it was coincidental and were not at all interested in hearing my point of view. I do not recommend dealing with this business if you expect any kind of legitimate customer service, and if you expect to not be nickeled and dimed over issues that a good business would be happy to remedy at minimal cost. These people should not be working with people. more

The company I work for has about 5 garage's. We had problems with one of them not opening right. I called them to come and fix it and they were there the next day. While they were there they noticed another one was needing some adjustments and they also did that free of charge. Very good service and fast. The price was fair and well worth it. more

When I needed a new garage door, Killeen Overhead Doors did the work. They did an excellent job and the work was done the next day. They do work for residential, commercial or industrial customers. In addition to garage doors, they also will install garage door openers, the remote controls that control the openers and repair your current garage door. PROS: Good work CONS: none more
