This place was a serious let down. I talked to 3 people about a car they had, I was going to buy cash. The manager Edward said that if I came in with a deposit they would hold the car for me until next week when I got my settlement from an accident. I went up there yesterday, they gave me the keys, I test drove it, came back and said I want it, and when to put the deposit down. Then all of a sudden they would not take my deposit and went back on their word because another couple had looked at the vehicle right before I took it out on a drive (which they never mentioned until I wanted to buy it). So they held it for this other couple WITHOUT a deposit while I was standing there with money in hand and being lied to. Not even including the price marked on the car was $1,000 more than was listed on their site, and quite a bit over the KBB value of the car. And the car needed an alignment VERY badly, I doubt they even put it through an inspection. They told me the car was detailed and ready for the test drive when I called before I went up there and that car was filthy! I would never recommend anyone deal with these slime balls, they are liars and do not stand by their word. more

It was love when my butt hit the seat. Thanks to the guys there I was able to get a beautiful and dependable car. I never asked for the carfax, they just handed me it, they were true to their word of fixing the windshield and mirror for me. My Impala (my new baby) is a very clean car inside and out. Good tires, no leaks, no funny sounds! I drove it through Austin lunch traffic 2 days after getting it, car did great!! A/C was on, didn't even change in motor temp. I could not be any happier with my new ride!! Kids love it, and I get to roll in a great car. Thanks Guys very much for everything! more
