I just redeemed a gift certificate I received for Mother's day. I have been to this Sap/Salon before, several years ago. Although a lot has changed since then, I received the same quality, time conscious service as always!This place sets the standard all Salons and Spas should follow! more

It's a shame because the waxer was such a nice person. She meant well, but was horrible at her job. I was there for hours and she removed maybe half of the hair she waxed. It was painful, pointless, and an expensive waste of my time. Pros: Very friendly staff, upscale salon appearance Cons: Sadly poor waxing services more

when i visited their site i was very excited about visiting keirsten and company,i was very dissapointed when i got there.... I had an eyebrow wax with Laura and asked to go to the ladys room beforehand. She was very rude and and looked very unprofessional,the back was very unclean.(their where dirty food dishes in the same sink as the equipment!!!yuck!!).After that i went into the waxing room and it looked very outdated and dusty.That wasn't the worst part thow..... SHE BURNED MY EYEBROWS!!!!And didnt have the decency to even apologise!!! In my opinion very unprofessional and unclean.I would not recomend it!!! more

I was very pleased with the services I received at Kiersten and Company salon and day spa. I absolutely loved my new hair color and cut and on my most recent visit I really enjoyed getting the best pedicure I've had in a long time. The staff is very professional and pay close attention to detail. I definitely recommend this salon and spa. more

This salon and spa gave over the top premier service from the moment I walked in the door. Kiersten and Company is the best salon and spa I have ever experienced. I was greeted graciously and expeditiously by the reception staff. I was offered juice and a muffin while I waited. What I really loved was that the salon was not overbooked so my appointment started promptly. I enjoyed a full day of relaxation that began with a full body massage from Frantz. His hands are magic! I slipped into a state of reverie and bliss. It was by far the best hour of my life! Then I was shampooed and styled by Kiersten herself. She was so friendly and easy to talk to. She paid close attention to how I told her I wanted my hair to look and she certainly delivered. I intend to make Kiersten and Company my Salon and Spa for the duration of my stay in Tallahassee. There is none better that I have witnessed in the city or surrounding areas. 5 star for sure! more

The location is discrete and convenient. Close to the mall, with a very relaxing and friendly knowledgeable staff. Affordable, and always has different deals and specials, and free breakfast on Saturdays! I love this place!!! more
