Twice already the office has over billed us. They won't call or send a check to let you know this unless you call them with the explanation of benefits from your insurance company. The second incident, even before I paid, I told the lady to please check my benefits again as we were not on a discount plan, that the services about to be rendered should be covered at 100% and she refused to call, said she had already called them, very rude and horrible attitude. I've been asking to get my money back for over a month now. I wonder how many people don't check their EOB and the dental office just keeps the money...
