Kids 'n Cribs

I spent a considerable amount of money for a crib and dresser at this store. The crib was available within a few days after my check cleared. After being told I would be contacted after my check cleared, I waited. I checked with my bank after 3 days and it had cleared. At day 5 the store still had not called, so I had to call them. I was then able to pick up my crib. The dresser I was told would be available at the end of March beginning of April. At week 1 in April, I had not heard a peep so I called the store. My dresser was not in yet. Long story short, I had to call at least 4 times to get an update, the store NEVER called me. When I finally got word that the dresser had arrived and I voiced my disappointment in the lack of service and follow up, I merely got an apology. What would have been nice is a waiver of the $50 delivery fee on a $600 dresser. Will not shop here again. more

Owners are very rude and got mad when I went in to return something. I had to wait 2 days and go all the way back to pick up a check. And the return was under 200. The prices are a little high. Their are so many baby stores out there. I will never go back here after how rude they were. more

I went in looking for a car seat for my 2 year old. They have an excellent selection of most of the top car seats that I've seen online. The staff was very informative and even offered to inspect our installation for free. Great local resource for excellent baby products. more

If you are looking for some unique decorative accessories for your kids’ rooms then Kids N Cribs is a good place to go. They have some really cute items from makers like Kidsline and Lambs & Ivy. They have the largest selection of upholstered kids rocking chairs that I’ve seen. Their location is the only negative in that they are located in the older area of Antioch where the buildings show a lot of wear and you get the feeling that you shouldn’t shop there alone. more
