Kids R Kids

I love this place. I won't call it a daycare or even a preschool as it offers so much more. My son started there in the preschool class after removing him from a terrible daycare that said he was "uncontrollable". After just a month at this place, he was back to his usual, happy self. We have continued to bring our son here for track out camps and after school care when needed and they always welcome us back with open arms. I refer to this wonderful business as a "magical place" as my son always feels so happy, relaxed, and well taken care of when he's there. I will never use another daycare facility so long as I live in this area! And for those who didn't like it, go somewhere else so we can keep Kids R Kids in Wake Forest a happy place!! more

Just heard that my sons school scored 100% on their corporate review and Ms. Janine won NC Director of the Year. I am so proud to have my son attend Kids R Kids. I know he receives the absolute best in care and always surprises our friends with how much he knows. This was the best choice my family made. more

This was the best choice my family made.\r \r Before I found Kids 'R' Kids, I had decided to it would be better to stay at home than place my son in any other school. The teachers are so knowledgeable and work along with you as part of your family. We get daily reports and can see everything that happens with their webcams. The director regularly checks in on our family, and even sits down with me when I have questions or concerns. Not only is the place clean, but my child also gets lessons even in his toddler classroom. \r The prior post saddens me because the school has been so wonderful. Wake Forest Kids R Kids is not a good daycare! Don't be fooled by the nice facility. Most of the teachers are nice but some are older and have no patience with the children. I observed on a regular basis during drop off hours, children being yelled at and spoken to in a rude manner in the cafeteria. The classrooms are nice and clean. It is not a 5 star school so they don't follow a lot of the policies that are important with that kind of rating. More importantly, the director is not a nice person at all. DO NOT go to her with a complaint! You will get no where and she will make you feel stupid for even coming to her about a concern!! She is not friendly or comforting which should be a requirement when running a daycare facility with young children!! more

My daughter who will be turning eight this year went to this school when she was three and has had a horrible experience. She was treated very unfair by one of the lead teachers and has a bad self image because of it. She gets very upset when she talks about her time there. If I could take anything back, I wish that I would have never sent her to this school. more

Love it. Very happy with the care my son gets. I use it for after school care and track out. I like that I can pay weekly according to the days he is there and they don't ask me to pay when he is not there unlike other programs. They help with homework after school which is a big help for working parents and kids involved in sports. Lots to do for school age kids, video games, indoor games and a huge fenced yard for ourdoor play. They have a great program that includes daily trips which are included in the cost. Very clean and safe environment. I have peace of mind while my son is there. more

We found this to be a happy, colorful and loving center. Offering everything from infant to school age care. There curriculum is dynamic and well thought out and the teachers are pros at executing the daily plans. The school is very progressive with a cafe that kids eat balanced meals in (breakfast & lunch). My husband and I enrolled our 3 year old and school ager after our first tour. You need to see this place!! Price was high compared to where we're from, however in comparison to all area pre-schools it was in line. You get what you pay for and I have peace of mind with the cameras too. more

They offer daycare for infants through elementary school. The building is large with classrooms, lunch room gym and study like room with huge playroom areas. The play areas are separated into different age groups to minimize accidents. Their goal is for education through fun with great teachers. THey even offer webcams to "see" your child during the day. It is a little pricey but convenient. more

These people are sweet, hours are great, price a littl ehigh but what isnt these days. They have lots of great toys, space for the kids to play, they put kids frist , rather than money! all teachers are nice and understand about special needs that a child may have, great location as well, Over all a great and wonderful place, just a little far for us. more
