Too much money 5/12/2012

The concept is good but the execution is poor. Needs more activities. It is way overpriced. I have ten kids. Obviously not all would play here but if I go with my 6 little ones, it would cost a fortune. My ten month old should be free since he does not do much. I can't stand this place more than an hour or so, so it's not worth the cost. I'd rather go to the park for free. more

This is a wonderful place 12/23/2011

Good: i loved all of the different toys and the bouncy house and 2 ball pits they had tunnels and slides a zip line my children just loved it!!!!. Bad: there was not really anything i did not. maybe if they had some more soft blocks, my children just had so much fun, it did not matter. Improvements: maybe some more soft blocks. Other: i thought this place was great.. the party we had was one of the best i have ever had. I loved that they did everything!!! The girls were great. everyone was so helpful. After the party the kids stayed and played for a few hours, at no extra charge, it was great!!! we really love this place!!!. more

Great Place 6/2/2010

This place is GREAT! I have been going there for years. I have five kids ranging in age from 7 to 11 months. I was so happy when I found this place. I used to go to the park with my kids and completely stress out. I had a hard time with them all going in different directions. Plus, I was always afraid they would fall off the high equipment they insisted on going on. This place is much safer and there is a lot more for them to do. With a two level play structure, bikes to ride, and a sand pit, I have a hard time getting them to leave. They have created a separate toddler area, where I can put my 11 month old out of the way of the bigger kids, and she just loves it. The prices are more then reasonable, they offerer a lot of specials and the food I found to be more then reasonable compared to any place else I have gone. Lunch Items range from $1.75 to $2.50 for a slice of pizza. The drinks and snacks are also very economically friendly and they have a lot of choices. I found the place to be pretty clean. The restrooms are not bad at all. They are public, so the facility shares them with the other businesses in the building. I can meet my friends here for a nice morning out, or bring my lap top to take advantage of the free wi fi service they offer. I read some of the other reviews from customers who were not happy with the place and I do not find what they are saying to be true. I am a frequent visitor there and have been for over five years. I highly recommend it especially for people with younger children. My kids have made so many friends there. more

AWFUL AND OVERPRICED 9/9/2009

I had my daughter's 4th birthday paty here! When I arrived I was told IF I wanted help witht the party there would be a 10% charge in addition. THIS WAS NOT MENTIONED PREVIOUSLY...why would I have the party "out" if I didn't want help???? I was charged $5.00 per bottle of juice that was placed on my table with a .99 cent price sticker on it; as it was Stop n Shops own brand of juice! OUTRAGOUES!! I paid for extra themed plates etc and then they weren't themed when we showed up! Although when I complained they were changed quickly! I had gone previously for rainy play days. FOOD VERY overpriced, they do not allow outside food, we went on a holiday from school, it was packed and thier pizza delivery didn't show until after 1PM!!!! $1.00 for a juice box, I could go on and on but you get the idea! I have not been back since the party nor will I ever go again! more

expensive but what's the alternative 12/3/2008

This is an indoor play area for children. Its good when the weather is bad. It is clean and my son has a great time. It is overpriced and they do not allow outside food which is annoying since the food is expensive and on the junky side. I had a bad experience with 1 rude staff memeber (I think he was high) that left a bad taste in my mouth but there is not much else around unless you want to go to a fast food establishment so Im kinda stuck with this or Jumping Jake's. more

clean but overpriced 9/7/2005

When they first opened, they were a low cost alternative to chuckie cheese. Unfortunately, they now cost $10 per child and don't have an excessive amount of toys with which to play. You are also required to purchase all your food and beverages there; they are also quite overpriced. Now that I have two kids it is not worth the $20 that it will cost to play there for a few hours. The location is also difficult to find the first time you are looking for it. more

Clean kingdom, great staff. 6/30/2005

My son loves this place. What a great adventure for him. It is very clean and wide open so I can see him running around at all times. Has many activities - sand box, ride on cars, ball crawl, etc. Definitely recommended. It cost 8.50 per child so it can be expensive but it is worth it. more
