Kid's Club is an amazing program that has helped a lot of kids who otherwise might get lost in the school system. They have an AWESOME easter egg hunt for the Cabrinia Green community. If you are looking for a place to support kids in Chicago I HIGHLY recommend sending some cash to this great place. more

Don't let the outside fool you - this church can house nearly five thousand people and is quite a site to see from the inside. Moody church is contemporary and traditional at the same time. Erwin Lutzer shepherds this church, and Kids Club is an outreach to near by youths in Cabrini Green. more

Fantastic program for kids who need help 8/4/2005

If you have time you want to volunteer, Kids Club could sure use it. They work with 180+ kids from Cabrini Green who need help with academics. They have to be referred by their school, as students who could do great with a little motiviation. Every day they have a short chapel service, do homework, focus on reading, and then have an elective, like drama, dance, art, sports. Great program that functions with the help of many great, dedicated volunteers. more
