Established in 1990, Nephron Corporation was the first and only center in Gwinnett County to provide chronic ambulatory peritoneal dialysis (CAPD) training and offer Hemodialysis (HD) patients who need to be dialyzed in “isolation.” Now there are six different clinic locations in Lawrenceville, Snellville, Monroe, Winder, Gainesville, and Duluth.
