Excptional Experience! 4/10/2012

Thank you for the exceptional experience purchasing my 2012 Honda Pilot. Dan Daley was the gentleman who sold me my vehicle and he went above and beyond helping me purchase this car. He was very prompt about returning phone calls, emails and answered all my questions. Upon arriving to Piazza Honda of Drexel Hill he took the time to take me for a test drive and go over the entire car. I don t live around the corner, but I will definitely return when I am in the market for another car. more

Highly Recommend Frank Crinite 3/28/2012

My wife and I had the intentions to look at Honda, Toyota and Dodge minivans, but after meeting with Frank Crinite and seeing the Odyssey, we didn't need to look any further. Frank was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in knowing the answers to not only our questions about the van, but also about the process. In addition, everything he committed to us on the first day we met was exactly what we got when we went in a week later to pick up the van. That may seem odd to hear, but I have had issues with every car I have bought as an adult so it was great not having any last minute surprises. All in all the experience was great and while we are not likely in the car market now for another 5 years or so when I am due, I can tell you I will certainly have Honda, Piazza specifically, as my first stop. We have already had a few of our friends with older Odysseys ask about our van and we have told them to go see Frank because he was so great to work with. more

John Mara was a great sales consultant. I recently leased a 2012 Honda LX for 3 years. Before making the decision to lease I met several times with John. Never once did I feel pressured. He answered all my questions and I had quite a few. He did everything possible to get me a great deal. John is a real peoples person. He is a real asset to Piazza Honda of Drexel Hill. I would definitely recommend Piazza Honda of Drexel Hill to any perspective buyer. more

Professional Atmosphere 11/29/2011

My wife and I were in Piazza Honda of Drexel Hill yesterday looking at Hondas. We ended up with a beautiful Accord. I wanted to pass on kudos to Frank Crinite and your finance manager, Shawn Pecora. They did a superb job! They made us feel at ease and were very professional and courteous. Frank knew everything we asked about the model and then some. I just wanted to thank them for a delightful experience and we will certainly be suggesting to our friends to shop here. more

My experience was truly great. Other dealerships rush you into buying too fast, not at Piazza. Bill Reid was so nice. He showed us 4 or 5 cars. Within 40 minutes we had picked one out. I couldn't believe it. My wife and I are very pleased. Thank you very much Bill Reid! Everything was done great. I never bought a car so fast before. I like my Honda very much. It took me time to learn the shift on the console as all my cars had the shift on the wheel. I am pleased with the service department at Piazza Honda of Drexel Hill. I had my car there twice since I bought it. The service was very good; employees are helpful. I would 100% recommend Piazza Honda of Drexel Hill! more

Since my purchase of my Honda Accord at Piazza, it has continued to be a pleasant experience. Any and all maintenance checks, service performance and yearly inspections have, and will continue to be done only at your dealership. The service is reliable and the staff is wonderful. If I need to stay on sight while my car is being serviced, the waiting area serves as a convenient and comfortable location. Not only did I buy a quality product, but I believe my car's reliable performance has been enhanced by the knowledgeable and professional service of the mechanics.
