Kid To Kid

What a waste of my time!\r \r I went in to sell my one year sons barely used clothing, clothing that he had never even worn clothing that isn't even a year old bought new last year. If he did maybe 8 times all in great condition. I had two boxes along with my one year old son. First it took the woman over 10 minutes to even greet me, before telling me I had to layout my clothing items on the table so she could go through them. Including socks are you freaking kidding me?\r \r I wasn't happy about that but said ok, I need these clothes out of my closet. Sat my son down in the play area (Will get there in a minute). Then proceeded to lay everything out. I didn't even bother with the bags of ziplocked socks I had or the mittens. Once I took the time doing that she told me to fill out a form didn't even bother pointing out where the form was she was too busy talking, I filled out form and waited.\r \r I waited for about 20 minutes walking through the store and no thank you their used prices I could by new or online cheaper. I eventually got my son out of the play area when he cried, I checked him over to find his pacifier gone! Yet none of the children of one of the workers that were with him could tell me where it was or where it went. I went in the play area and looked for his pacifier I am fairly certain one of the kids took it from him.\r \r They called me up to the counter and told me that they could take 16 of my items for $9.30 do the math that is .58 an item, which is beyond absurd. I looked over the cashier's shoulder to see the woman who made me unload my clothing, going through a trash bag of clothing sitting down and chatting it up with an obvious friend of hers. I went ahead took the cash and left, will not go back not ever. \r \r Seller unfriendly to the hilt, since when do sleepers, pant sets, onesies and other baby essentials go out of style? I'm sorry but what a damn joke. In the future I will stuck to selling an entire lot a size at a time on KSL or donating the items that I know will get more love, what a JOKE this store is. more

I will never step foot into this store again. Cashier very rude and snobby. When I commented that she was not being very nice she got rude and loud, in front of other customers too. I was going to purchase things but changed my mind after her behavior. I would Never treat my customers the way I was treated in this store. My first and last time in this store. Had to put a star to post comment. more

I love the West Valley Kid to Kid store. I always find the BEST stuff there. This store has saved me! I have found my boys cleets for Football, my daughters dance stuff. Most of their back to school, thier coats and even bought Christmas presents there! I bring my stuff in its easy and pick out what my kids need while they buy my stuff. I am always excited to go back and see what new goodies they have in!!! more

This store has helped me out sooo much! I always find what I need for my kids here, The clothing always looks new and they have a really good variety of toys! I shop here for all my kids, and I can trade in my kids stuff they dont use anymore for store credit. This is my favorite place to shop! The staff is always really helpful! I highly recommend shopping Kid to kid. more

Best selection of used kid's stuff anywhere. Great prices on almost new name brand clothes. Lots of choice in used baby equipment. The manager is blunt and may offend some customers. more
