I had been to the store a couple of times so when it was time to sell my daughter's clothes, I naturally thought of Kid to Kid. What a mistake on my part. I started at their website which is extremely outdated as it says they are accepting Spring Clothes while in actuality they are accepting Fall Clothes. The site also stated that their buyer is in everyday from 10-2. So we went to the store during those hours to find that the buyer was not in but we left everything in the car just in case. We were told to call before we come to make sure the buyer is in. So later in the week, we called and were told that the buyer was in so I got my husband to meet me at the store only to find a sign on the door saying they were closed for the day. This was only 30 minutes after I called.\r

The third time we went in the buyer was there. We had quite a few clothes and as I am 8 months pregannt my husband brought in the tub of clothes and then had to head back to work. So when it was my turn, the buyer/owner asked me to put the tub on the counter. When I told her I couldn't lift it she said I had way too many clothes and started huffing and puffing. She slides the tub to her side of the counter and then tells me that I didn't have all fall clothes and I would have to take them home and bring them back. I just stood there and she finally starts going through them, I guess, as she saw some things she would like to keep. The entire time she was going through the clothes she had an attitude as if I were bothering her. While I was standing there a customer called and she proceeded to tell them that the buyer can not be guaranteed to be there because the ""high school"" girls don't like to show up for work. Very unprofessional.\r

So she finally gave up on my clothes as she told me that they would buy quite a bit of it the following week including all of my shoes. Then she gave me $26 for about 20 pieces of clothing including jackets, dress jumper sets and sweaters.\r

She then slid my tub to the front of the counter leaving me at 8 months pregnant to manuever this tub out of the store and to my van alone. \r

The customer service at this location is awful and the staff is very unprofessional. On a previous visit, I heard the owner instruct one of the employees to tell the customer on the phone that they were closting at 2 even though they would be open until 5 so she didn't have to deal with then. As a customer, if I feel like I am being a burden on the establishment then there is no need for me to patronize your store. It seems I am not alone in my feelings towards this store.\r
