I went in to see Dr. Karimi because I was having severe allergies, causing nasal congestion and making it difficult for me to breathe. The Dr. and his staff were exceptional at making me feel at home and providing quick and personal service. I also got the feeling that Dr. Karimi really cared about my health and well being. I've seen many doctors in the past who treated me like I was just another patient, rushing through the process and leaving most of the face-to-face time to their assistants. Dr. Karimi took his time, personally examining what was going on with my breathing, identifying the problem, and proposing the best possible solution for me. He also explained things to me at each step of the way, which I really appreciated. I know that many doctors prescribe their patients with unnecessarily expensive drugs because they are given incentives by drug companies to do so. Dr. Karimi does not work that way. He went through each drug on the market that would fit my needs and chose the most cost-effective option, based on what would be covered by my insurance provider. Dr. Karimi removed a basal cell carcinoma - which is a common type of skin cancer - underneath my eye. This guy is incredibly good! The surgery was a big deal for me because this spot was ""right in my face"" and Dr. Karimi talked me through the whole procedure. He is highly professional and the result is stunning. The healing process was amazing... and after 2 months now the scar is almost gone. I also like to mention that Dr. Karimi was always available via email or even cell phone if I had any questions. As a pretty average guy, I was fairly skeptical about getting any cosmetic work done, and I'm certainly not a fan of ""going to the doctor"" more than I absolutely need to. So I was less than enthusiastic about having botox work performed. However, Dr. Karimi was simply phenomenal! First, for a procedure based entirely on needles, he made it painless with his method and approach. Second, and most importantly, within a few days I saw results, and wow! My forehead is smooth and my crows' feet have flown the coup.
