My salesman, Matt, was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I test drove. The staff was able to keep the payments in the range that I was comfortable with. It wasn't until I signed the final paperwork that I felt pressured to buy a warranty that I couldn't afford. I said no, rebuttal, no again, rebuttal, no a third time. Finally he dropped the price of the warranty until it brought my payments up $40 a month. At the time it didn't seem like too much, so I finally said yes. Now I'm wondering if I should have said yes....it's the one thing that made me uncomfortable.
